You seriously cancelled an appointment because they were 8 mins out. That is unprofessional they called you and told you they were running behind and you just cancel their appointment I guess you are about rushing through clientele then giving a quality haircut. Get over yourself you’re not a doctor no one’s life is on the line traffic is traffic. Again you just showed that you’re more about how many customers you can rush through cuts then be understanding.
