Wow! Great experience with two different stylists here. Lacey toned my hair down from a dye job gone bad, then several weeks later, Megan hilighted my hair and toned it to a terrific color that looks natural! Awesome service here and great teamwork on scheduling too. I felt pampered and cared for. Thank you!

Lacey is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in color theory which I appreciated so much bc my hair can be difficult to color. She did such a wonderful job and was so friendly and personable!! I’d highly recommend her! She knows her stuff!

I scheduled a wash, cut, and style with Rachel and did not receive even close to the cut I asked for. She did not care to look at the pictures I brought for reference. I wanted big chunky layers with high faceframing. What I paied for was a shampoo and slight all around trim of dead ends. We started about 15 mins late because she ran a little long with her previous client- which is not a big deal, but at the end of an hour her next client had already shown up before she finished blow drying. I felt rushed and squished in. She never checked in or clarified what I wanted or was looking for as she cut. I have never walked out of a salon in tears before today and I am very disappointed to have to find a new stylist to create the look I want.
