Very unprofessional, very abruptly told me they could not assist my family then just hung up. It seems like after reading the post it is a common pattern.

Appreciate the assistance provided. Staff was fair and friendly as they helped me create a plan moving forward to keep me on track.

I donate to Salvation Army every month. I am on Social Security and Section 8. I am grateful to God I have an apartment to live in for now. Gratitude beats Additude.
