Excellent customer service!! I purchased a TV in 2022, and they talked me into their extended warranty. When my TV quit working, I was worried I'd end up somehow paying for a new TV. To my surprise, the warranty process was smooth, rather quick, and I always had access to someone to answer my questions. These guys do a great job!

this place.....they tried to upcharge me an extra 20 bucks. by telling me for an extra 20, we can buy a new dishwasher right out the box..um. Wasn't that what we thought we were getting?..then they tried to get this other company to put some switch in .telling us we were going to need it. I'm sure this was some kickback deal... we passed. didn't get our dishwasher

After 35 years of purchasing appliances, mattress, washer/dryer and stereo equipment from Schaefer’s I have finally had enough and will never step foot in the store again. They now sell cheap stuff you can get anywhere and their exchange/return policies are a joke.

We bought our fridge here few years ago, we were very impressed with the help, people explaining all the pros and cons, full service here!! We went today to LOOK at this and ended up buying but Dustin was very helpful and the tvs were on sale, ending today, so we went ahead with it. Nice to have a charge acct here to make payments, also.

I bought a washer and I admitted I broke the kid with no insurance. at first they said it was going to be $564 to fix it. I waited until I had the money to order it. when I placed the order they said it was free. Schaffer's called me and left a voicemail saying the had my delivery. When I called to have the replacement fixed they said they had no record of me. I talked to 5 different people that day trying to fix my washer. Once I became fed up they refused my service.

We have purchased many appliances from Schaefer's in the past and had great customer service. Recently our refrigerator, which is less than 7 years old quit cooling. We called to have them to have it looked at and they said no one could look at it for almost a week. I understand if I hadn't purchased it there, but I consider that very poor customer service especially for someone who has spent thousands of dollars with them. I will probably never do business there again in the future!

We have bought four appliances from here over the past year and they have been very helpful each time, so we keep going back. The sales folks are like search engines...come in with ideas of what you are looking for and they will point you in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and if they don't know all the specs they'll grab them for you quickly so you can make an educated decision. So if there is a year in our future where every appliance dies again, we'll be going back to Schaefer's for sure.

If you are looking for quality customer service and great prices on Appliances, I highly recommend Schaefer's. I was completely blown away with how helpful and savvy all of their employees are. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied, or have any issues. They also make the whole process actually enjoyable. Kevin T is quite possibly the friendliest and most squared away Sales Associate I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with...give this man a raise!

The person who answered our questions was delayed and we had to wander to find the refrigerators. They had a large selection. We knew what we wanted and so did not require much help.

Dishwasher was installed about a week after I ordered it. The installer was very nice and explained all of the features to me after the install.

just the best in the west - vast selection, fair prices & knowledgeable attentive staff, in-house installation staff - superior service - Jim knocked the ball out of the park with a timely & pro install of our dishwasher- - when you shop around you'll be lucky to find any staff on the floor at the big box stores & no hope they'll have a clue to answer any questions - THANKS to Schaefers for being our hometown store - let's buy local !

BEWARE! If you buy extended warranties they are only good for 6 months after that you are screwed! Salesperson never told us this! We bought all our appliances there! Just went in! We were late a little over the 6 months! One for $299 was 16 days late! They done lost my business!
