Absolutely horribly way to get interest off of people that needed the money for surgeries or procedures in general that didn’t have the money and I’ll never use security first ever again and I’m going to tell everyone I talk to about how shady your business practices are

I love this bank. They're always super helpful and attentive. I had fraud activity on my card, but they caught it right away, before the transaction even went through. I was really anxious about making a payment for something, but Austin walked me through it step by step over the phone and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. I got a new card in the same day and was able to continue as normal. Thank you, Security First!

Bank usually is ok but My card will simply be declined at random places, online, gas stations, etc. With absolutely no explanation. No customer service to get a hold of. If I hadn't had cash this bank would have left me screwed without fuel over long travels. Online is totally hit or miss. You can't order anything from outside the u.s. and it randomly is declined ordering food or other perfectly normal things. Will be closing my account as soon as I can be there m-f before 4. Impossible to get anything done through them.
