“BRSS on Van Dorn is not just a storage agency! They are an agency that truly believes in giving back to the community in any way they can! Big Red has been donating space for Bridges to Hope for over a year now! Our warehouse is not always large enough to house the many furniture donations we receive. Without Big Red Storage we would be forced to pass on items. THANKS BIG RED!! Rhonda Mattingly, Ex. Director Bridges to Hope”

“Dino’s Storage in Lincoln (northern lights) provides top-notch, clean, and secure facilities, but what really sets this location apart is the customer service. I recently moved a client out of their unit here, and working with Jen, the property manager, was an absolute pleasure. Jen was fantastic to work with—attentive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be chaotic, but her professionalism made the whole transition smooth and stress-free for both me and my client. I highly recommend Dino’s Storage, especially with Jen at the helm!”

“I chose a competitor of Heartland Moving and, after experiencing some confidence eroding interactions with the mover I had chosen, I contacted Heartland Moving to consider switching to them. I was very impressed with both Kristin and Lee, the owners of Heartland Moving. Lee helped me understand and recover from the setback experienced with his competitor, made it clear that I could make a switch to Heartland and they would be happy to handle our move. I chose to stay with our initial choice but came away with a very high opinion of Heartland Moving. They are based in Lincoln but serve the Omaha area as well. If you’re planning a move, I think you would be well served by these folks.”

“Heather H., Columbas MI; She was so helpful, having all the trademarks of a true Cust. Serv. Rep., which is so refreshing, especially these days. She is knowledgeable, informative, and an all around kind, wonderful person. My transaction went so smoothly and took a third of the time I was fearing it would. God Bless you Heather in all you do in the coming years. You got this girl. Thank you, Gail”

“I visited Lincoln for the JOAD National Tournament. Due to multiple local events, my original car reservation was canceled, and I couldn't find any other rental cars. Fortunately, I was able to rent a cargo van here, which allowed me to travel smoothly between my hotel and the venue without any issues throughout the tournament! Usually, a Nebraska driver's license might be required, but I want to give a special thanks to the team member who was so helpful and accommodated me with my Virginia driver's license. Excellent service and highly recommended!”

“I’ve rented from them for many years & have never had a problem with them. I just 2 months ago needed to upgrade from a really small unit to one that’s about the size of a garage. I’m sharing one with 1 of my boy’s. My payment only went up by $30. They also were able to get me one right across from my old unit. Very friendly & easy to work with. Highly recommend them!!!”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”

“Huge storage units at a very affordable price! I think they're generally pretty full as we got the only open one that they had, but the owner is very friendly and the process was hassle free! Even has a couple outlets and a overhead light.”
