I usually come here to pick up my orders because I don’t like being harassed in store when I’m trying to shop so it was easy for me just to do pick up orders, but when you see me standing by the pick up area, walk past me multiple times without saying anything it’s weird tbh. Also, giving my son dirty looks because he was wearing his catholic school uniform is a no no. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs it’s 2025 get over it.

Angela was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect perfume. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my specific taste. I walked in to buy 2 things and wound up walking out spending $200 in various brands and cosmetics. Im excited to try out these items and super thankful for the knowledgeable employees who are always smiling and ready to help. It was super busy and they all managed quite well with keeping the place clean and stocked. Which is why I went there anyways because ultra wasnt stocked on the one item I went for. I also saved $11 because I had points and got a little makeup brush bag as a gift.

Came in looking for some perfumes with no idea what I wanted and Brady was so wonderful!! She took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and I left feeling so satisfied! Everyone was talking about how good I smelled the whole night!!! Thanks Brady!!!!

Lily was incredibly helpful with helping my teenage daughter select a shade for concealer and recommending a tubing mascara for myself as I’m heavier browed and have dealt with smudging. No smudging at all and lasts all day! Definitely recommend asking the staff for assistance!

Went in with my best friend. No one greeted us... no one was friendly. The owner was completely rude... we ended up leaving. Went to Ann's nails and we were treated really well!!!!

Walked in with my friend, they looked at us, didn't smile and didn't say hi to us after we already said hi. Didn't offer us a bag that they were holding. Just not very polite at all.

Today me and my Grandma attended this sephora. I picked out a small roller perfume that was listed next to the label for 46$. The other 3 roller perfumes were all also listed as 46$. When we got to the check out it wrang up us 62$. Nearly a 20$ difference. So my Grandma showed the lady where we got it and how it was clearly listed as 46$. This was after they swiped my Grandmas card. The lady proceeded to tell my Grandma it's marked wrong and made her feel like an idiot. So I said let's check sephora. So me and this unfazed lady pull up the sephora app to find out they are ALSO listed as 46$ on there. She CONTINUES to tell us we have to pay 62$ even though they are "marked wrong". They weren't "marked wrong" they were scanning wrong. This employee couldn't take accountability and made us feel embarrassed and unhappy. We ended up getting a refund and got the hell out of there! Won't be catching us, friends, or family back there!

Spent over 45 minutes on hold and ended up hanging up and cancelling my order. This place is a waste of time and customer service is a joke. Don’t plan on calling them because they will not answer. Just go to Ulta.

I had a horrible experience with Sephora’s credit card program (online), however the assistant manager and and another employee at Lincoln South were amazing. They really fought my corner and did all they could to still make my visit a pleasant one. Their customer service was exceptional and they truly take care of their guests.
