It is a very nice Truck Stop and convenience store. They also have a good restaurant. It is right off the interstate in Lincoln, Nebraska and very convenient for getting fuel and other things you need from convenience stores. They also have a truck service center for semis and a truck wash.

Gas machines have skimmers and tried to steal $150 from me, when told management and asked for refund, they denied it and my refund, and threatened to call police on me. Watch out for these pathetic people.

Walked up to the counter to purchase a snack, was completely ignored by both cashiers. They continued their conversation and acted like I didn’t exist. Didn’t even say hi to me. I chose to not purchase a snack and go elsewhere.

We really enjoyed this place, we are over the road truckers and this place was a very nice place to stay for the night, great food, clean and everyone was very nice. The old vehicles plus other items on display were pretty awesome to see. Thank you for having such a cool place to visit.

I don't think I'll stop here again. I bought a light bulb here, it doesn't work, came back, change or return. And it works at the checkout. The Indian girl, please be polite to the customers

The Shell Gas Station is using a pump, particularly number 9, that keeps charging your card after the pump stops pumping gas. The additional charges didn't stop until after the nozzle was put back into the holder. Their standard practice at the register was to give me a nickel back, but I showed them two videos proving it robbed me of about a dollar. No big deal, well there's 13 pumps here and they get a lot of customers!

If you can skip that place as truck driver, do it! One of the worst places where you can park. The lot looks like abandoned dryvan trailers junk yard.

With multiple visits to doctors and hospitals in Lincoln we always choose Shoemakers for our meals. The food is excellent but what really stands out is their customer service and wait staff! Our waitress has served us on multiple occasions and I even look forward to seeing her. She's the best medicine! I don't know her name but I will always know her and can't say enough about how great she is!

What happen to the days when truck stop dinners would stay open late or 24 hours and truck drivers and night workers could get a hot mail and not be closed at 10pm

I stopped at Shoemakers for biscuits and gravy this morning. The biscuits were fine, the gravy was way too full of pepper. Instead of smooth and creamy, it burned from the pepper. That's saying a lot, because I like pepper and put it on almost everyhing. Also, the window sills were extremely dusty as were many other items. The pie cooler appears to have had its problems for quite some time. Perhaps cleaning the cobwebs and dust bunnies out of the vent would help. This gooey/dusty vent is visible to everyone. Upon leaving, I looked up at the canopies on the east side of the building. They were covered with bird p*** as was the standing outdoor ash tray. Had I notice this upon arrival, I probably would not have bothered going inside. I used to enjoy going to Shoemakers, but it is no longer clean and the food is definitely not the quality that it used to be. I don't believe I'll be going back any time soon.
