Intentionally misleading about pricing. The sign in the board is always in the competitive price range, but as soon as you swipe your card the standard gas in competitive pricing disappears from the options and you cannot press that button. The next lowest price for a standard fuel is always 50 cents over nearby places. It's happened to me on three separate dates now, I just cancel the transaction and move on. Predatory.

You would think that a gas/convenience store that brews coffee and tea could make an effort to brew fresh tea. I came in late last night and found rancid tea.i figured maybe it was due to time of night. I came back this morning And it was the same rancid tea from last night. Yet they brewed fresh coffee but couldn't make the effort to brew fresh tea. Meantime you've got the employees standing around talking about how drunk they got the night before. In today's market of large national chains who can perform the basic simple tasks of brewing fresh coffee and tea, you would think a Shell station could do the same. What a joke. No one greeted me when I walked in and no one asked when I immediately turned around and left if I found what I was looking for if there was an issue or anything. They're just there to collect a check.

Usually love this place, went in and paid cash for drink. Counted it out and everything $3, hand him the money, say keep the penny, i turn for a moment and he shows me $2 and says im short when i know exactly what i gave him. I say “huhhhhh, interesting” and give him a $5 bill instead. I’ve never had this before but i was super sketched out, almost certain he pocketed a dollar from me. Never seen this dude working there before but please keep your eye out. Very disappointed. Paying with card now cause i can’t trust people i guess. ??????

I have proof that the manager here doesn't have a food permit, or the employees she's allowing to work there, and when the health department comes out she lies to them and tells them she has let the employees go that don't have the permits, she hides them in the office until the health department leaves. They aren't keeping the warmers that hold food up to temps because they don't wanna get burned, but would rather take a chance on getting the public sick, by not keeping the food at the proper temps. This store should be shut down.
