Large selection, but it’s always messy. Very hard to find what you are looking for, as styles are very poorly organized amongst brands. One style of shoe can be in 3 places because there is little to no reorganization of the store. There are so many shoes laying in the aisles making it hard to navigate and looks trashy. Not every shoe is represented and it’s impossible to tell for sure what you want isn’t in stock. Very little mens clearance.

Shoe Dept Encore in Gateway mall is a big enough store to display men women and kids shoes. They have a limited variety of bags as well. But the display is not good and shoes are lying here there. There's a clearance section as well where there's nothing except a few pairs in odd sizes.

Absolutely no customer service skills by any of the employees here. No hello can I help you find anything. All I got was judgement looks from both employees that where working. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unless you want the free judgment looks.

There aren't usually many people working here, but it's pretty easy to find what you need on your own. I love the variety of shoes at affordable prices.

I was in your store today and it was completely disgusting. Shoes littered the aisles, trash on the floor, no footies to try on shoes which is a health concern. I tried to find a staff person buy appeared there was only one or 2 working and they were overwhelmed at checkout. Really sad.

The prices were not as cheap as they advertised. I was disappointed with that. But they have alot of shoes to choose from.

Decent place to find some shoes, the day we went (7/30/22) pretty sure the ac was out, felt like a sauna! Shoes everywhere....lol and staff was less than happy to be there...

Store was messy. Ac seemed to not be working. Also some kind of machines everywhere with hanging temporary duct work everywhere. Store needs some serious love and attention.

Great service, employees very helpful. Bought a great pair of Vans. Would be 5 stars but it is UNBEARABLY hot in that store. I had to leave almost immediately.
