The service team was very communicative. I received texts within minutes about what needed to be done. I used the courtesy driver to get to and from work. She was very personable and great to work with.

They lost my car door, so I had to wait 2 extra weeks for my car from the estimated time it was due. Because of this, my rental was extended, and that lead to many complications, end result of me being charged 200 over an accident that wasn't my fault. On top of that, they closed at 5:30PM. No big deal, they accepted my debit card payment but it was past the limit. I said I would call to extend it, lady kept telling me that they're closed and was clearly annoyed with me staying past the closing time. Excuse me? You guys made me wait 2 extra weeks for my car to get ready which made complications for me to go to work, no compensation, paid full price, and you're getting uptight I stayed 10 minutes over? Bunch of hooligans.

I very much enjoy the staff at Sid Dillon Nissan. They have a huge variety of vehicles and met all my requests!! It is the 3rd car I have bought there with Nate Smith at the helm. Love him!! Great experience!!

Oil change and tire rotation on a leased car - nothing too dramatic to report and all went as planned. The garage manager was a fantastic person! If I were rating only him, I would give the whole experience a 10 out of 10. Great employee.

I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and it seems like ever time I come back, it gets worse.I was in for an oil change and I watched the process of them doing their work. Sadly, they did about half of the work but they still marked it off as being done but not done. It took them about 15 minutes to change the oil and after that was done they drove my car out. About 30 minutes or so later they parked it in back of the lot. After watching them, I will never come back to Sid Dillon again. You’ll just a scam. Again I visually watched them and I know what they did. Side note, after they reset the reminder for next oil change, the car was driven about two miles.never trust Sid Dillion againAft

I’m honestly not impressed with this location. For starters the lackluster attitude is number one reason why I won’t go back. I have NEVER felt welcome when I walk in. Nobody greets you even just a courtesy smile. No direction on whose available to help you.Also with the price being higher then a normal oil change place is a for sure no return in the future.Also my car smelled like a mechanic shop for at least 4 days. Which I understand a little because I’m sure those guys work hard and it was the end of the day. But still. Sucks. And not impressed. My car was also park in the back lot?? Which was really just the icing on the cake to show this location just doesn’t care for the customer. Not trying to be a rickety old Karen. But. Not impressed and never have been.

As always everything was perfect. We found the car we wanted, price was where we needed it to be and we were in and out in less than an hour! I can’t speak highly enough about Nate and Duane! Thank you!

I was not able to bring my wife's Murano in for service (oil, tire rotation) so I reached out to my sales Rep Trent Tegtmeier and he arranged for it to be picked up and delivered back to me before my work day was done! Job well done!

I needed an oil change and new windshield wiper blades. They had recommended replacing the cabin filter at the last visit and I had forgotten. They sent me a quick text to see if I wanted that done, which was very thoughtful. I did have it done and noticed a difference right away. (I live on a country road). Everyone is so friendly and it is a great added bonus to pick up a clean car. :)

Always a fantastic time when I come in, Nate and Duane make renewing my lease so easy. I appreciate their willingness to check in with me prior to my lease being up and will help me discuss my wants and needs. By the time I go in the new car I drive away with is already parked in front of the building
