Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I specifically asked them if there was any penalty or charge if we decide we dont like our overpriced air matress and the guy said no its a risk free trial... then they're trying to charge me to have their people come take it away. The question i specifically asked was if we dont like it the only money im not going to have returned to me is the mandatory setup fee which is also stupid, and the sales person said yes that is correct. Argued with the store and customer service for weeks before I finally had to dispute it on my credit card which worked. Might be a good bed for some but do yourself a favor and try any of the better and cheaper beds that will give you a full refund for real if you dont like it because theyre confident in their product. We ended up with a purple matress after trying 5 others

Its not risk free and as I said your sales man lied to my face when I asked if their were any fees to return it, after we had established that there was no refund for the delivery

The folks at the O Street location were so friendly and helpful. Not pushy. They gave us all the facts we needed, answered our questions and then let us decide what was best for us. We would recommend them.

I would be leaving 0 stars if I could. My wife and I experience here at the Lincoln store has been nothing short of a disaster. We were lied to at every moment and the bigger guy that works there knows it just won't admit it. We were told when we got our sleep number that it would come with everything we saw, this included headboard. It did not.We were also told that we would not be able to return the adjustable base which we understood, what we were not told though to keep the base was $2500. Instead we were told it was only $250. Turns out the pick up fee to return is $250. They made absolutely no mention of the cost of the adjustable base. Will never recommend or do buisness with thieves again

decent mattress, my issues is the price is too high. It expensive for an air mattress. If you can afford it I would do it tho, they are nice!
