Excellent small carwash with the "hula dancers." I was in good clothes, didn't want to do manual with a spray wand. Used the works for $9. Got off a year of grime, very happy.

My wife and I have been members of Rocket Car Wash for more than a year, however the past several times I've gone through the wash, it failed to recognize my license plate. So today I asked an employee to help me figure out what was going on. It turns out they somehow had changed our account so my wife's license plate number was on both accounts. They seemed to not have any clue what to do, and a line was backing up, so they sent me through for a "rocket wash", then the car wash itself stopped working half-way through the wash. At this point I'm simply going to cancel our memberships and try another car wash. They have completely dropped the ball.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ROCKET CAR WASH!!!I purchased a new car last year and have 2 small children and was having a tough time keeping it looking new. Since finding Rocket car wash it is back to looking nice and new. I give this company 5 stars!!!!

Have not been to this chain of washes but trying it today. One is about ready to open at Kearney, NE. This is or seems great. Will see how the max treatment works out. The hot wax they said is great. Will see!

Signed up for a $9.99 membership, they charged me $37.53 instead. I called to identify the mistake and request a refund. They said they'd billed everyone wrong that month. Twenty days later, they still have not provided a refund. Spoke to the same rep again who said it will take 7-10 days to get a refund. It's been 20, they are asking for another 10 days on top of that. They blamed it on IT issues and said it's out of their control. They shouldn't be trusted with payment systems if they can't bill appropriately and fix their mistakes in a reasonable amount of time.

Car was does not get bugs off your hood or do much for your rims. Biggest issue is their communication. I just wanted a free month and they tell you one thing when signing up and it does not match up when cancelling. Had to pay an extra month for sub par washes.

It didn't get the bugs off of my windshield or front end. Otherwise it was OK.

Y'all this place is overpriced unless you have a membership. I paid $17 plus with tax wanted to try it out and see. Car wash was middle tier not the basic one, it didn't even clean the hood of my car. The guy said the basic would not get my suv size clean so I'm like okay whatever I'll upgrade, boy was I wrong. Highly recommend not coming here. Did I forget to mention, My car is still dirty. Pushy sales rep, I should have known and backed out.

Not worth the money, I had a membership on an old card, but never renewed it. I only went a handful of times, but at least twice the entire inside track shut off and it took a while to get going again. I much prefer Jet Splash.

Advertised chances to win a Jeep. Drawing on Sept 30. Never happened. They claimed someone won while we washed our car early Oct.. but Jeep still sitting there. Just a ploy to get customers AND get them to sign up for monthly subscription. I tried to get mine cancelled & refund they claimed it was on my receipt I needed to call 7 days prior. I had no receipt. I also told the kid our antenna got ripped off last time, had to buy a new one for the top of car. Just shrugged his shoulders. Well.. now I'm stuck w $37 charge but don't want to go back. Sucks

Don't go here....I wish there was a rating lower than 1. The car behind me rear ended me inside the car wash and this appears to be a recurring theme according to the Next Door app. They stopped the system briefly and then restarted it. When I drove out I assumed I would be greeted by someone to check to make sure I was okay and what the damage was and to discuss with the guy who hit me. None of that happened. I tried to stop the guy who hit me and he said it was not his fault and drove off. No plates. When I then went to ask the manager on duty about it he did pull up video. They were more concerned with whether or not it was their fault than to do anything about it. They suggested I file a claim with my insurance company and I would hear from the corp regional manager soon. Call never happened. I could go on and on, but don't go here..... I would recommend Tommy's Express or Jet Splash!

They don't return customer service voicemails. Half the time, the car wash malfunctions. Damage was done to my car. The list goes on. Save your money. Don't go here.

Not your best option in Lincoln. The young man who took my money was polite; however, he was also unmasked and only about 1 foot from my face through my car window. The top tier wash was about $24. I was disappointed to see that, unlike Jet Splash, they don't manually spray down your car. My concern is that vehicles with rocks embedded in mud could easily transfer those rocks to the cloth brushes which could cause damage to the next vehicle(s) to go through the tunnel. The pull chain system is also kinda cheesy. It's design doesn't seem to allow the smooth transition of vehicles from drive to neutral, which makes the ride less smooth for people already in the tunnel. I was also disappointed to see that they do not manually wipe down your car after, which is another service offered by JetSplash. The vacuums had good suction and I appreciated the two different nozzle options for hard to reach areas. My car is pretty clean but has some water spots which a hand dry would have prevented. Final thoughts:you can get a better wash for a comparable price elsewhere.

I put my car through their wash and the cover for my antenna was knocked off and they refused to do anything about it they haven't paid me anything I got an estimate for the repair and I gave it to them a copy and there has been no action on their part I have gone back twice to their location to try to talk to a manager they just take my name and phone number each time say someone will contact me and I never have gotten a call I will never ever ever take my car to this car wash again and I advise other people not to go there because if any damage happens to your car good luck in getting them to take care of it for you. I would give them a negative star if it was possible!!
