Well, I had a phone that went face down and screen cracked, no longer worked. It happened at the most inconvenient time as usual. Luckily my stepmother was able to bring a phone to me that I gave to her a year ago, that she never used. I was able to get the phone and get here about 3:30 pm, just enough time to hopefully finish transferring phones before they closed at 5 pm. It was a Sunday, the day before I needed to go back to California. So I really needed my phone for air travel check in and for tsa security pre check, as well as boarding my flight! Reagan was such a nice gal and a wonderful worker who knew her stuff! She was able to get my old phone up and running again! I believe I was out of her by 4:30 pm. That way hopefully they were able to close on time! I was so glad to see this store here and even open! In the past, Nebraska usually showed as the only black state on the continental US map, which was a state with little to no reception. Now that they have stores, the other lady of this store told me T-Mobile is getting better in Nebraska!!! Thank you T-Mobile dealer store for all your help! I will be back for my future needs when in town if needed!!!

If I can give zero stars I would… the guy with the pink hair would not do anything for me I asked him that I want to add a new line to the account and transfer equipment installment from my old accounts to my new account because that’s what I was told to do by T-Mobile after transferring 7 lines to a new account they told me I have to go into a store and add a new line and transfer the equipment installment and he would not help me he kept telling me to call general care and they will do it for me. Even the new line I asked for. I even asked him about the Healthcare worker discount and he said I have to call T-Mobile and ask for it. Why is the store even open if I have to call 611 for all my needs?

I love Kylee! She spent 4.5 hours trying to help me resolve my IOS issue. She spoke with Tech Support made sure we contacted Apple to get an appt to see apple care. Peeps (Do not buy an Apple if you do an update your phone might brick). I cannot access my plan or wireless at this time. I can still receive and make calls.Tmobile you're lucky to have Kylee I observed her help other clients with Patience and Professionalism while at the same assisting me. She deserves a promotion or a damn good raise. I just want to say "Apple totally Sucks" and I will never get another iPhone.I hope you liked the Sandwhich.. You're a total gem!

I have been with T-Mobile for 2 years now. I never had a problem with them until I recently when I went to upgrade my phone. I went into the store to talk about my upgrading options and my trade in amount and what my monthly payments would look like after I traded in my iPhone 12 for the iPhone 14 Pro Max and was told a completely different amount then what is now on my bill. When I called to ask about the difference I was told a completely different story and numbers I didn’t even get the trade in amount that I was told in store I would be getting. I personally feel like it was the associate that helped me that day trying to get me to go through with this purchase for commission. When I paid the payoff amount on my iPhone 12 (in cash) she told me she wrote the wrong amount in her register and if I could Venmo or cash app her money so her drawer wouldn’t be short I ended up having to go to the bank and pull out more cash so her drawer wouldn’t be short. I was not given a receipt. Then she proceeded to ring up my new device and took it upon her self to ring up a screen protector and charging block without my knowledge or permission and charge me for that as well.

Got told i needed a completely new phone, went to get a second opinion at another store and they restarted my phone and it was just fine. Staff didn’t seem to be very trained on very common situations. (per words of other tmobile store)

I am a current Sprint customer. Keep your current Sprint plan and phone. Don't listen to store employee's! Call T-Mobile directly! I was lied to by Michael the store manager, and told that my current phone and my current plan would no longer be available to use with T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile the same day and was told I could keep my phone and keep my Sprint plan. He was pressuring me into switching to an expensive plan and a new phone. Michael also told me that I could receive an $800 credit and any family members that switched would also receive an $800 credit to a new phone. That is also not true.

The young man who handled my transaction today was cuterious and professional. Hard to find that kind of service in most of the places that I do business with.
