I was very disappointed when going in to take care of a UPS return shipping. (Lisa) the store manager was very rude and had an attitude. When I told her that Amazon can only send a return label to a email and not get any email back, as she was trying to tell me to go to the self serving table. I told her it would not work. That’s not how Amazon emails work. I asked can I please send it to the computer work email, she then went to tell me “ I HAVE TO MUCH WORK TO DO, TO HELP YOU…. Very rude, she needs to relearn her people skills and learn how to communicate to others.

Lisa the manager, was an absolute snob for no reason, from her language to her tone to her lack of service. I came to make a return and she basically told me to go figure it out on my own at the self serve machine and then left. Never experienced such lousy service from any business in the entire state. I might also mention she was speaking to other staff in a snide manner. Can’t believe Lisa is employed.

Always go to this place for printing, went today for passports for passports photo, they took really long with going back and forth, instead of checking what wrong with printing machine, she keep standing there and waiting for it. Took 30’ for passports is ridiculous

One of the sales associates swore in front of customers. I was shocked to hear that language in front of so many customers. His name is Colton and if I managed that store, Colton would not be customer-facing.

I needed to send a package via UPS. I was charged $7 for the packing service which included taping a very small lightweight box within 2 minutes. If I had been informed about the price before the "Packaging service" I would have bought the tape in the store and applied it myself.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had a really bad experience at this establishment today. The people working on the floor were very helpful and polite. When I went to check out, an older, male employee was ringing out another male customer. I think I heard them exchange a few words while they were at it. I stood and waited for my turn as he was the only cashier present and I was the only person in line. The male cashier finished and began walking at a glacial pace to another registry without so much as looking at me. I thought it was odd, but I figured he was having a hard day and I wasn’t in a hurry. When he got to the other registry, he grabbed a spritzer bottle/brown paper and began cleaning the register’s keyboard as I was standing there, waiting. He cleaned for a couple of minutes, completely ignoring my existence, until another female employee saw me waiting and him cleaning. She came up to ask him if he was okay. He said yes, and finally looked in my direction and called me over. Only after she came over did he look at me and acknowledge my existence. He rung my items down, threw (not placed) them in a bag, and tossed the bag on the counter. The notebook I purchased fell out and I collected it re-bagged it. I’ve dealt with some pretty bad customer service in the past, but this one felt more personal. He treated the person before me in a very normal way. Why would I be any different?The woman who came over to ask if he was alright called him Phil, but he didn’t have a name tag so I couldn’t get his name directly.

Helpful and friendly employees. Has a full service mailing department, like UPS does.

Needed some laminating done and it was finished under 15 minutes while I was next door at Barnes and Noble. I had to cut and shave off the sharp corners since they didn’t have the tool to round off the corners. Easy thing for me to do since I’m total I only spent 10 bucks

I have great experience at LNK Staples by 48th. A huge shout-out for Lisa, her skills, kindness and ability to cooperate with customers all the time. She is making a difference with great customer skills. ?

Colton is a good manager and deserves a raise and most of the management team are super helpful. They always have my back when I come in.

TSA Precheck at the left rear side of the store. Definitely far better than trying to get it done in Omaha. The gentleman was nice and gracious. Saved a month off the wait time to get the fingerprints done.
