We stayed here 2 times in the same month and both times there were issues with the pool. The first time the water was freezing. Staff stated the temperature was 80 but when they went to check after complaints they said that maintenance had to be done that day so the pool was drained causing the temp to be cold. The hot tub was not working. Since we picked this hotel for the kids to swim we were really disappointed. Staff assured me that the problems would be fixed when we came back for our next stay. Two weeks later we stayed here again and the pool was freezing again. There were 12 kids in there and they all said it was like taking an ice bath and refused to swim. When I asked the hotel staff they stated the temp was 80. I told them there was no way. After they checked they admitted it was not and they did not know why it was turned way down but they were not able to turn up the heat. We had several families staying this time due to an athletic event. We were all disappointed that the kids could not swim. The hot tub was working that night but the next day when we came down to swim, after my daughter's event, the entire pool area was closed. My kids and all their cousins were so sad they could not swim the entire weekend. The rooms were just okay. Everything seemed clean, which we appreciated. They had just remodeled some but not finished. For the price, they need to have the pool at a temperature that is adequate for swimming. We will not be staying at this hotel again. If you're looking for a hotel and not interested in the pool area, then this would be a good hotel.

Good rooms, was thinking it would be closer to the schools in Lincoln... For college. Best breakfast we have EVER had at a IHG hotel.

The people that run the front desk are a bunch of clowns. There people skills are not cut out for this time of job. They do better training animals or something but definitely should not be in a job where they are dealing with people.

Great stay, really nice location. Room was very accommodating, had a kitchen which was very convenient. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

The remodel has made such a big difference. The beds are comfy, and the furniture and all of the appointments are new.The service was exceptional as always. I didn't catch her name, but the associate at the front desk on 12-09 and 12-10 deserves a raise, a bonus, and a promotion.

Staff was friendly.Rooms couch was tattered/torn and should be replaced. Room lighting is kind of dim.Bathroom had some black mold in caulking around tub and water damage to wall that was obvious.Tub drain was extremely slow when showering.Bathroom door had water damage.I know it's not a 5 star hotel, I'm tired of the few times I stay @ hotel that is "affordable" and they think these little things are ok. The wall is easily fixed in a couple hours during house keeping.

The hotel is good, which is exactly what you can expect from a staybridge. ButThe parking lot is very small and fills up very quickly. If you're not parked In the parking lot before 8 pm, you may not get a parking spot.

Super clean! The rooms were spacious and the convenience of the kitchen was nice. Pet friendly - there were lots of grassy areas to walk our dog. This place must attract responsible clientele because the lawn was NOT littered with dog poop like so many other hotels we have stayed at.The breakfast was really nice with eggs and waffles. Highly recommend. We plan to stay here again on our way back to Denver.

The staff were amazing, the hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious! The reason for the lower rating is strictly because of how terribly uncomfortable the bed and couch were in the room. The bed was hard and had a significant slope on the one side; I feared I would roll off onto the floor. The couch was worn out, you sank towards the middle. We were so uncomfortable that we debated checking out at 3:30am because our bodies hurt so bad and we couldn't sleep. Over $200 for no sleep, not worth it.Sorry.Food & drinks: Breakfast had fresh fruit and was delicious!Noteworthy details: Excellent staff!

Front desk woman at 645pm was not what I have experienced at an IHG hotel before, no costumer service skills very short and rude with myself and my fiancé. Then when asked about military rates which I know you guys have she acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Then showed her my Active Duty ID she gave me 5 dollars off which normally the discount is way more so little confused about that. Then I asked if she could look up my IHG points she was short and said "that's only 5 off too". Which I doubt she even looked up my account because she didn't even type anything in between me asking and her saying that. The hot tub was out of service which happens. The room it's self wasn't terrible except the fact that their was missing tile in the bathroom and bubbled paint and it didn't look like the bathroom door had been wiped down in weeks. The bed made horrendous noises anytime you tried to get comfy. Sofa was disgusting. Oh and the giant crack in the wall letting cold air in. (Room 412)The only good thing about this place was the lovely breakfast woman Sharron and the food. The morning check out woman was way better and saw that the evening one in fact didn't add the military discount to the bill so she did.

Personal stay, this is my go to spot when I come back to Lincoln. I started staying there in 2017 but over time it has become worn. For example, my room carpet had a nice chunk of carpet missing, the leg to the desk in the bedroom was broken, and the bath tub had a ring around it dark as midnight. The pool area is still decent and hot hospitality breakfast was still amazing. Being a gold IHG member has its perks.

We booked this hotel because of a special group rate through Lancaster Event Center. We ALWAYS book 2 double beds! When we arrived, the hotel was sold out and we could only get a pull out sofa as our second bed.We were told to turn on the ice maker in the freezer for ice, which never worked. We brought our own food since it was a kitchenette… and the refrigerator froze allof our fruits and vegetables. At check out, we noticed our bill jumped up to 169.99 for Friday and Saturday from the 104.99 special rate.We were told that the rates always go up when there is a home game. This information should have been sharedPrior to checkout.Overall, the hotel is decent as far as food and cleanliness. However, we won’t book there again after the price gouging!

Thankfully I only have one more night of 3 here. Started to crawl into bed after a long day of traveling from California when it became obvious the the bed linens were not clean with bodily fluids on sheets! Clean linens were brought to my room and she sort of made the bed. How can someone make up a room without changing the sheets!!! OK, so the facility is dated, but the have not gotten the IHG "commitment to clean". Grungy coffee maker, old food visible garbage disposal, hair in drawers, etc. I was so uncertain of couch cleanliness, I put a towel down before sitting down. Speaking of towels, dumping my own trash, picking up towels etc at front desk is a big ask for what they charge. Breakfast was OK, evening food offering was lacking, but free beer and wine for those who drink.
I am rethinking IHG properties for future travel. BTW,I stayed at another IHG property in Lincoln last year and it was clean and welcoming.
