The two girls working between 5-6pm Saturday 3/9 had us waiting on our TWO sandwiches for just under a half hour because they wanted to prioritize watching tiktok videos and making their herbs and cheese bread and helping out this lady who is off the clock load up pizzas instead of just making our two sandwiches quick. Two sandwiches shouldn’t take a half an hour. Prioritize the customer please!!! Not your phones! All to get home and they didn’t even make our sandwiches right. Absolutely smothered in mayo. Gross. Incredibly annoying and frustrating experience.

Very very disappointed in the GM’s Lindsay way of conducting business. After a month long battle of waiting for meals to be replaced the GM would not even get on the phone to tell me herself she had lied and was not comping the meals. A previous encounter where voices were raised and I hung up ending the call is being held against me after apologizing and that apology being accepted the GM Lindsay stated she would be going to pick up coupons for this 16 days later I called she would not even come to the phone to tell me bc I had hung up she decided not to fulfill her obligations to have these meals remade and that was that. So now I’ve gotten bad food and even worse service.

Placed an online order through the app and when it said it was ready I headed over there and when I got there, I was told the online order machine didn’t have paper, so could you go to the end of the line and re-order? I was on my 30 minute break so I said, could I get a refund and the manager was not happy about it. I got my refund but I missed my 30 minute break to eat because of this issue. I have never had any problems at any other subway, but this one. I go to this one because it’s close to my work.

My sandwich was not made correctly. My wife's sandwich was a sloppy mess, with as much sauce outside as inside. This location is messy. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week.

Very good. The dark haired server girl was friendly and made my sandwich just how I like it. She made me feel welcome and I will go back again.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies.Kid-friendliness: Room to move around and also eat at.

Very rude employees. 2 different times I have come into this location. Repeatedly yell I can't hear you I can't understand you. Am hard of hearing I spoke loud as I could and I can go to any other subway and none treat me like this. I won't ever go to this location

Always good. Love the fact they use fresh (disposable ) gloves with each sandwich ? preparation. Can't be too careful these days. Highly recommend.

My family was happy with our food. The worker took care to make sure everything was exactly as everyone wanted. Everything looked clean even tho it was shortly after lunch rush. Good location, better food.

Would give it a 0 star if I could, came through the drive thru and ordered a turkey and shredded cheese footlong, then drove all the way home, opened my sandwich and seen it was a TUNA sandwich. Always take forever and workers have super greasy hair and don't have good hygiene. Good luck!!

Be sure and check your bag if you ol you put in a mobile order especially if you frequent the subway on O Street because a lot of times they get it completely wrong, for example, I put in a mobile order for a 12-in tuna and got a black forest ham by mistake. This has happened often with different orders. The mobile app may also say that your order is ready at the time you chose only to come in and find out they're still working on your order. I don't know if it's just badge management or bad service
