The staff here was well groomed and friendly. I went to 2 other locations before I came here (highlands and the 27th & Cornhusker stores) but walked out without ordering. The staff there was not well groomed, lots of hair, beards, mustaches nothing I would want preparing my food. They were friendly there but please… personal hygiene is very important in the restaurant business. This location is aware and it was refreshing to eat here.

Spent 15.00 on a protein bowl. Paid 1.80 for smashed avocado, which I never received. There was little to no sauce and half the bowl was lettuce. I like subway but this subway has repeatedly been a let down.

I love Subway. Love that you get options on the veggies to add on.Vegetarian options: I'm not exactly sure, however they offer a lot of veggies so I'm sure that they would accommodate a veggie sandwich if they don't have one already.Parking: Right at the front door.Kid-friendliness: Didn't see kids this time, however it was a bit later so.

Placed order on the drive thru screen. Sat in the drive thru for 25 min. Thought the car in front of us was the hold up. Sent my daughter inside to see if we could get our food in there. No one ever acknowledged here. The car in front of us ended up getting out of their vehicle to go inside because they never were acknowledged at the window. I left without my food and went down the street to Goodcents. Will not be returning to this location.

Didn't go inside so I can't say much for the atmospher but from the drive through it felt like we were provided with bottom of the barrel service. Waiting 15 minutes for two basic sandwiches felt like a crime but what came after was the actual crime. Between the two sandwiches there were many ingredients missing, one footlong was just the vegetables and toppings to a b.l.t order, while the black forest ham footlong had all of the meat from both sandwiches on it. I would not recommend this subway to anyone who wants the regular subway experience.

Whoever that girl is that was closing tonight, she needs to slow down and take her time to read ONLINE orders. She had 40 minutes to make them and got both sandwiches completely wrong. I am pregnant and so I was unable to eat my sandwhich due to some ingredients that weren’t supposed to be on it. This was very upsetting since I ended up paying $30+ for this food.If you come here, only order inside so you can watch them make your sandwhich, clearly it’s too hard to read.

Had an issue ordering my sandwich online and I came into the store after it was already ordered and I believe her name is Samantha fixed my sandwich (which was an online error, not their faultat all) and had it exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and will definitely be back!!!!

Too expensive; not sure if it's the remodel or what... but what used to be a 10 dollar lunch combo is now $15 for chips sandwich and drink.... yikes!

Had one issue with the drive thru at night awhile back, came in the next day to speak with management and they were so so nice and helpful. Which was MORE than enough to make me come back to this store! However, I do recommend to anyone to come inside and order your sandwich exactly how you want it!Since then, I have been back many times and the service inside is absolutely amazing! HUGE props to Samariah (sorry if spelling isn’t right!) for being such a positive employee, I always look forward to seeing her when I stop in, because I know I’ll get upmost best customer service from her!

The drive through has a touch screen for ordering, which is ridiculous in itself, but the touch screen also doesn't work. 80% of the time it doesn't recognize a touch. If it refuses inputs for long enough, it then cancels out your order (good luck stopping it, since you can't interact with the prompt).Service is better inside, but dependant on who is working at the time and who is taking your order. The gentleman working during my visit was pleasant and helpful, but the woman working alongside him was rude, short, and unpleasant. Overall a very frustrating experience, though the sandwich ended up being good - against all odds.
