I have been trying to contact a manager at this store for a long time , went into the store and have been ignored . My card was declined but was still charged for my purchase . Would love to get in contact with the staff in order to resolve the issue but have always been refused when i go in .

I live in the area so I'm a frequent customer. Super C is just your standard gas station, not much to be said about it that you wouldn't already expect. Unlike a lot of gas stations though, the employees here are always friendly and easy to make small talk with.

The one on 21&g told me now 2 times im not allowed to bring my service dog into the store tonight they made me leave. They said it new rule. Think he need to learn the laws of a service dog. Im so upset. Will be contacting the ADA about this.

The guy who worked there tonight was no where to be found. I waited for 9 minutes and even yelled out, "hello" a few times. So I left and waited in my car to watch, tempted to call 911, I thought something happened to him. A man came in so the employee appeared from somewhere in the back immediately and waited on him. I then went back in and was able to pre-pay for gas. Another man went in and same situation, he waited and waited and the clerk was no where to be found. I video recorded this after a while and the man left after around 3 minutes. I don't know what kind of game this clerk is playing, but he it is messed up!
