We're so lucky to have a place like this in Lincoln. It's great for c-store staples, but most importantly they have Biji's Best, featuring Indian hot small bites and snacks every day and amazing Indian meals every Friday. Their matar paneer (and saag paneer) are such great meals, especially on a cold day. The food tastes like getting a hug from grandma, which I know is weird, but you gotta trust me here.

The Indian food is amazing! No joke, on Fridays they serve some of the best Indian food I've had in town.The basmati rice was superb, flavorful but did not overcome the entree. The lamb Bhuna was very tender (red meats often end up tough, this did not have that problem), and flavorful (red meats often do not permeate with seasoning, this did not have that problem). The entree was tastefully balanced by a little onion and cucumber vinegar palate cleanser on the side.The only thing I would change is being able to get this food every day of the week in a full service restaurant setting. This caliber of food deserves a ceramic plate. Take it home, light a candle, dig out your old cloth napkins, and enjoy a superb indian dinner in.

Pro tip: This gas station has a short list of killer Indian food. Definitely don't skip the lentil soup and buy anything you can get. I'm partial to the pakoras. Good people behind this place as well, Suraj is great and so is his family.
