I just want to start by acknowledging that if my only experience was with Tayla, this would ? be a 5-star review. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of also interacting with Sharon. I upgraded my phone today, and Tayla was my contact. She was great! It was going to take about 30 mins for all my data to transfer over from my old device to my new one, so I went to grab some lunch next door. When I came back, Tayla was helping some other people and asked if I could check my new phone and see if everything was transferred. While I was doing this, Sharon asked if I had any questions. There was a little odd black box on my home screen, and I motioned for her to come over and look at it because the phone was on a charger. Sharon's reply was, "I wasn't the one working with you for the last hour and half, why are you asking me?" I told her that she said if I had any questions to ask her. She then proceeded to go on, very rudely, to say, "I just want to sit here in my silence...." Um, if you don't want me to ask you a question, don't ask me if I have questions. This lady (Sharon) is incredibly rude and honestly shouldn't be in customer service. Thank goodness this store has someone like Tayla to balance Sharon out.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15. The associate told me I shouldn’t even be in the store and she could be fired if she helped me because I was not an authorized user.

Tayla was beyond helpful when it came to pairing my watch and phone together.She wasn’t pushy but very honest because I know how the “sales” work! I wanted to give her a shout out since she stayed about 20 mins late after the store closed on Christmas Eve.You have a fantastic employee and she should be recognized!

This review actually touches on several aspects of TMobile’s home internet.Today, I had the genuine pleasure of working with a professional at this store which was very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, actively listened, and very caring.The $50 a month fee for the internet is almost priced too low in my opinion given the blazing speeds and it never once has gone down or flickered since I started using the service. I’m extremely satisfied.I looked at my receipt in order to provide the very thoughtful associate’s name and to recognize and recommend her outstanding service. The received only shows associate #954.I’ve been to this store multiple times as opposed to the location at 48th and O. I assure you every associate you will find here will totally exceed your expectations.

My husband and I had the best experience there with not just one associate (Sharon) but all of them. We went in and got new phones yesterday and we had lots of bumps along they way due to our specific issues. But they were patient and throughly explained everything to us along the way. The assistant manager (January) was also the very best. Overall amazing experience. It will always be our go to T-Mobile as long as they are all there! If I could I would give more then five stars ?

Just called to attempt to have a issue handled.January was VERY helpful and empathetic.She even told me about curbside assistance which comes in handy having one year old twins and being pregnant.Definitely 10/10!!

This is the best T-Mobile store. Everyone has always been helpful. But I was having an issue that multiple phone calls to T-Mobile had failed to resolve. At the store, January went above and beyond to actually solve my issue. She spent well over an hour dealing with customer service on my behalf, troubleshooting the situation, and working through the solution. I had to ship some equipment back and she even printed the label and packaged it for me! Thank you, January!

I was pretty happy on Feb 28, 2023. I went in the store and purchased an iPhone 12 and a iPhone se 3rd generation. January was of great assistance. I had my eyes set on a Samsung S23. I was able to get into the phone I wanted but....Tayla had to step in and help with the sale and my card was charged double $1,230 instead of $615.00. I was patient and waited the 24hrs for the pending transaction to not go through as advised. It actually was completed. I called back today March 2nd. 3 days of waiting and hours of being on the phone getting the run around. This man had no customer service skills and zero empathy for what I had experienced. He said ... I was jumping the gun and needed to give it more time. I think I have given it plenty of time. I did call and talk with billing at the customer care number. They were very helpful. I would not recommend dealing with the manager and I won't go back to this store in the future.

The experience I had at this T-Mobile location is the best I have had at a cellular store. Sharon is a top notch sales rep. She is very knowledgeable, and makes the process fun. Logan the manager is extremely efficient with troubleshooting technical problems. Both Sharon and Logan provided exemplary customer service. Highly recommend this store.

My daughter was switching to a new phone and we had a bit of a snafu (likely caused by us) - her phone was working fine when we left the store but when we got home her text messages and cell calls started coming through on my phone. You can imagine her horror! We went back and Asad N was super helpful - he got it fixed quickly and professionally. I have worked with him a second time with my son's phone and he is great! Thanks Asad!

If you have ever read my reviews you know I am HIGH on customer service. Their rep Sharon at 28th and Pine Lake location was amazing. At the end of my visit, I purchased 2 apple watches, one for my daughter and one for my son. Sharon, was so awesome and passionate about giving me a good experience with T-Mobile. Thank you Sharon for serving for better and less worried about pressuring me for a sale.
