Took my daughter’s jeep in there, expecting it to be one thing that was gonna cost about $900, they did a diagnostic check, found out it was a wiring issue, called me, told me about it, ended up costing me a lot less! These guys are great, and they got it done super fast! Will definitely be back, they're fantastic!

I live in Omaha, but I still drive to Lincoln to take my vehicles to The Auto Connection for anything car-related. They’re always incredibly helpful and friendly, and absolutely worth the trip. They’re honest, upfront, and never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. The quality of their work is consistently great, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. The staff treats you like a person, not a number, and their communication is top-notch. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but these guys have earned it every single time.

These folks really know their stuff when it comes to auto repair. However, they are really slow at getting the vehicle into the shop. I reserved a 9:30 appointment which they confirmed. I take it in on time. 3 hours later, it's still not being worked on. Why make me reserve an appointment time if you're not going get it into the shop on time?

The shop scheduled my car immediately and provided timely updates explaining the necessary repairs. They obtained my authorization before proceeding with the work. When I picked up my car, the final bill matched the agreed-upon repairs with no additional charges. Transportation to and from my workplace was provided during the repair process. An AAA discount was applied to the labor cost.

AAA rated! Best shop in town. Every mechanic has multiple degrees and certification courses under their belts. The mechanics are basically auto intellectuals going way back historically in car engineering. Key if you have a classic car.

I’m a working poor guy - these guys have earned my trust and business totally 👍 💯 the first visit was to try and fix my tail gate on my Rav 4 - it was gonna be $13,00.00 - and I’ve decided to wait for now - but the Toyota dealership in town wanted $2,600.00 !! 😂 these guys are fair and honest - love them !

Discovered Auto Connection thru AAA. I had a breakdown and needed a tow.
We dropped my pickup off after closing time.
They thoroughly checked out my F150 and discovered several other potential problems as well as accurately figuring out the problem that resulted in a tow.
Keegan kept me informed every step of the way, even texting me with photos and progress.
They had everything fixed and ready for me to pick up my vehicle the day after the initial tow.
The receptionist who called me the next morning at 8am was friendly and professional as was Jeff at the desk when I came in the following day to switch out my tires and balance them.
Even the waiting room is inviting and comfortable with complimentary snacks and drinks to munch on while absorbing all the HUSKER memorabilia.

Excellent service. I came in because the brakes on my 2007 Prius needed work. They did a 27-point check and informed me of a few issues that would need attention in the near future, so I decided to tackle them all in one go. They returned my car to me the next day. Now it drives like a dream. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely a five star review!
