The best place in Lincoln for all your Birks and Blundstone needs. I love walking into their store (especially the new and upgraded space) to get gifts for both the gals and guys in my life. I also appreciate how they honor the student discount after all these years as I have returned to school three times now (too school for cool). Jane and Chelsea are both so lovely.

Extremely disappointed by the customer service the last several times that I have shopped at Threads. I have supported this store (previously at both locations) for YEARS. Have recommended them to so many people and bought a lot of shoes and most Christmas gifts there.The last two times I have entered the store I have had to ask for help even though there was no other customers and 2+ employees in store.Today I asked for help and the employee said I would need to look through the shoes myself to see if they had my size. I had already looked through before I asked for help. I asked her if they could order my size. She said “I guess we could order them for you if you really want”. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very saddened and disappointed in this once great local store!

First time in the store since it relocated. I was promptly greeted by a sales associate who helped me find what I was looking for directly. The store is full of light, attractive merchandise and friendly staff. A very positive retail experience.

Wow wow. Always impressed with the service and selection. We held a private shopping evening with my employees and it was perfect. The team was so helpful and flexible made it so so fun.All their products are so well made and comfortable!Some of the best shopping in Lincoln for sure!

Threads has a such a well-curated collection of outdoor apparel, accessories, and all-season footwear that it almost feels like the staff is your team of personal shoppers. They seemingly know exactly what you're looking for before you do. Customer service is always top notch and their online shopping platform is a breeze to navigate and order processing is faster Amazon (seriously) so it couldn't be easier to choose to support a great local business.

I really love Birkenstock’s and threads has a great selection of them. In addition to the Birks, they have other great shoes and clothing as well. Last time I was in, I had a pretty decent visit, i got some great items, the gal that helped me was so kind, all around great shopping experience. I have found that most times when I go in there, the atmosphere isn’t super warm. Typically the staff doesn’t acknowledge me nor are they super eager to help (most places you’re greeted and asked what they can help you find, not here though), this could just be me as I don’t believe I am in the demographic they are trying to target. I do try to purchase my items online thru Birkenstock but, when I see something cute at Threads online, I do stop in. Bottom line, decent store just not very welcoming.

Jane and Chelsey were sunshine on a rainy day. They shipped a gift to my Mom for free and were incredibly helpful. Great selection of shoes,bags, boots and sandals. These days it's not so often we get to shop in a Happy Place!!!
