“We went to Cause For Paws during the Lincoln thrift crawl. Cause for Paws uses their proceeds to help pet owners of low income get veterinary care for their sick or injured pets at an affordable cost! Not only that, but they help other local and regional rescue groups as well! This shop sells really nice things which are in great condition! Some things are vintage and cost more, but sometimes there are sales. For instance, everything today that cost $10.50 or more was half off, so it's nice to know there are sales. There were so many things to look at from shoes and clothing, jewelry, knickknacks. Everything you could think of, you could probably find there. Also, there are a ton of nice prom dresses that people can buy and save money on something they'll wear just on e!”

“Haven't been to this place for the last couple years but it was pleasant to see the two ladies working behind the counter just letting everybody know that their new hours they close at 3:00 on Saturdays they used to close at 4:00 but just letting everyone know they close at 3:00 thank you ladies for the nice work you do and God bless you”

“Not sure why all these people are writing reviews here bashing the new owner. I’ve visited this place several times in the past few weeks and every time I go the appearance is improving on the inside and it looks like they’re doing a lot of work around the shop.Also as far as the lady that people seem to have issues with - she’s been nice to me during my visits. I was interested in a particular item and she even went out of her way to go to the back to grab more that I may be interested in - and ended up purchasing.”

“Best place in lincoln to go thirfting. Has great prices and the clothing is always in excellent condition. Can find tons of name brands. (Found pair of Ugg boots.) Also the linens/kitchen area has everything.”

“I have found some items here with tags..brand new!! When they have a 10 for $10 on clothes, if you don't get there at opening time you wont find anything. I always find things I like whether it be clothes , purses, clocks, whatever!”

“Have found good deals here and nice clothes. Mens section is small but mighty for polos. Women’s has a lot to offer too. They have husker gear in some seasons as well. I wouldn’t try finding shoes here though from my experience.Store is clean and workers are nice. They have rewards too. Fitting rooms are small but thats a small complaint.I have sold here to mixed results. They take maybe 10-15% of what you bring in at an average of $3-4 ish per item. Have not sold shoes or accessories. If you really want an alternative sell your valuable shoes, jerseys, purses on Ebay, and you could try sending packages to ThredUp instead. Both of those are extra work so Im A-OK with the selling results here personally.”

“This is the goodwill I most frequently go to because it's so big. I've never had any problems here, and 90% of my closet is from this location. I'm giving it 4 stars though because you can't use the dressing rooms. And you can never find any of the colored tags that are on sale that day (which is shady in my opinion). What is the point of making red tags 50% off, for example, if you're just going to hide all the red tagged items from us? I also don't appreciate how the prices keep slowly increasing. I know this is happening to every goodwill in america, but it still defeats the purpose of a thrift store. Non of these things are a huge deal to me though because it's still better than going to the mall and buying a brand new shirt for $30 vs $5 used and good condition. So if you're not picky like me, this is genuinely a good place to thrift. I'm surprised at how many 1 star reviews there are.”
