My visit today was disappointing. Went for a fill on my lunch break. I was in the chair for an hour and a half. No designs, just short nails in a solid shellac color. My tech left me to help another tech's client. 2 techs working on 1 client while I just sat there. After a while the techs finally switched places. Didn't get the shape I asked for but couldn't afford to stay longer. I won't be back. I'll wait for tips and toes next time.

Recent management change. Have been going to this salon for years bc it’s a convenient location. They did an okay pedicure. Went in twice since the change and have not been happy with the results. It was a rushed job and was left with a messy looking pedicure, polish on the skin etc. I will be looking for a new nail salon for next time.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I’ve been going to Tilas for so long and have never really left there upset. Went there and the lady was really fast at the application but then took two hours on such a simple design she was clearly getting frustrated and had someone else finish my design. Had to literally get them fixed the next day as paint was already peeling off and cuticle were beyond flooded. Wasn’t able to go in until two day after I got them done due to my work schedule. Same lady who did them in the first place tried to fix them and needless to say i ended up crying in her chair with just how frustrated and upset I was with my experience. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. less than a week later I have lifting so bad. Money wasted that’s forsure. I even tipped her the first time I left even though I was beyond unsatisfied.

I came in to get a fill and the lady did not do a good job. She made my nails way too thin that 3 of them broke!!! I came in to get them fixed and they charged me $10 to get my nails fixed! Ridiculous. Any nail salon I ever been to, they always fix broken nails for FREE. I ended up breaking 2 more nails; a total of 5 nails!! That’s half… I went somewhere else to get the 2 fixed because I wasn’t going to pay $10 again. Especially since the only reason they broke was because she made them too thin. I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistakes. The salon I went to, the nail tech fixed the 2 for free, and she also said how bad a job they did. Won’t ever be coming back.

Went on Saturday the 9th to do my nails. Last was very rude and she didn't fo good job. Will never go there again. Very disappointed.

I just went here, and I had a decent experience. I came in, I asked for a color change, that’s it. On both my fingers, and toes. The man who did my pedicure, which yes, I said pedicure, talked me into a pedicure, which ok, I suppose I was due for one, but again, that is NOT the service I asked for. Then it comes around to my nails, I asked again, for a color change, what did they do? Without asking, without telling me, a manicure. I appreciate the kindness, but I did not ask for this service. I asked for a color change. I came up to pay, I was told my total was $73. I literally, word for word said “excuse me? Explain to me my total?” She said “you got a mani & pedi, that’s the services you were given” I said “I did NOT ask for either of those services, I will pay for a pedicure, because that is what I got talked into, but I will not pay for a manicure NO ONE EVEN ASKED ME ABOUT” then she said “$63” I am not even joking, ON THEIR PAPER OF PRICING THE COLOR CHANGE PRICE IS LISTED $10. She charged me $20. I will never go back. I will never say that this Tila’s is worth a damn. Nonetheless, if you don’t want to be scammed or price gouged, don’t go here, I truly do not recommend. I believe what they did was absolutely ridiculous.

I have gone here for 10+ years, but a new owner and new workers have taken over.
2-3 weeks ago my dip came out chunky and very wide on the ends… I decided to give them another chance I explained I did not want my dip chunky or wide and they turned out great, my daughter and I got our eyebrows done which we also have for years… my daughters were uneven and the wax was so hot it dripped in my eye causing me to lose lashes and I did NOT have her finish…. Unfortunately we will not be returning any longer. I would not recommend getting a wax here either.

wasn’t a good experience, my nails were uneven and some parts weren’t even colored fully. the lady cut me too.
