My little sister came in for her birthday nails. She got charged $75 for a dip and a design on her French tips. They did give her a birthday gift for it being her birthday. Made her day, she loves her nails.

I get my acrylics done once a month for the past four months. I needed to take a break because my nails were starting to hurt so I went in and asked to get them off so my nails could heal. I sat down at one of the desks and the lady puts the gloves on and leaves for ten minutes and comes back then leaves again but never shows back up. I had my nails in the acetone for thirty minutes and finally a lady comes over then she leaves and another lady comes. I was asked to then go wash my hands when I get back my nails are thin and chipping no trim and the lady tells at me to come pay. Horrible experience. They also charged me more than last time. They were really rude and I get my nails done very frequently here. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing service and nails. I usually see Emma, who is so amazing- she is friendly and does the most amazing nails. She does all of my intricate designs and she does them better than anyone else. I will always visit when I come back for breaks to Nebraska! Highly highly recommend!

I normally don’t write reviews but it’s that type of day. I called and made an appointment for a full set, specifically asking for someone that can do a design, they had said they had someone for me. I was excited. I sat down and I had made small talk with the lady and she had said nothing (I assume she didn’t speak a lot of English). She did a great job on the application and the nails it’s self but when it got to the design she tried but it obviously was looking terrible and I just ended up leaving with French tip, some dots and a shark drew on by a different lady. At checkout they asked how my experience was and I had said it was okay, they said we can have someone else do the design I wanted but I had already been there almost 2 hours. Appt at 1:45 left at 3:24. Photos for the design I wanted and what I got. If you want plain nails go here but if you want a design, its exciting if it turns out well!

I went to get a pedicure. The lady that was doing my toes nicked my cuticle. My toe was bleeding a good amount and she kept trying to hide it like it didn’t happen. Then at the end when I brought it to there attention they acted as if I was lying and kept having me take my shoe off for everyone to look at it. The lady that did my toes came up and started yelling acting as if it was my fault. I got a sorry from another staff member and that there’s nothing they can do. Today my toe is super sore. I’ve been here before and never had an experience like this.

My teenage daughter and I have been here several times and always been pleased with the work. Unfortunately our last experience was horrible. My daughter had acrylic nails on that needed removed prior to new nails. Unfortunately, the nail tech (male) attempted to remove her acrylic nail improperly and ripped her nail badly causing her to become sweaty, sick, nauseous, and she almost passed out. What was worse was it appeared that the nail tech did not recognize that something was very wrong. Her nail was bloody and she was in so much pain. Thankfully a nice young male employee came over to me to let me know that my daughter had something wrong. We have no intention of returning.

my pedicure was sub bar. I paid for the $55 service with shellac. My tech did a fine job on polish but the scrub and massage was disappointing. She seemed distracted talking with the other nail techs. The exfoliating brush was but a few seconds and didn’t even get all the dead skin off around the toes or heels. 99% of the massage was focused on the legs (pressure was good) but only brushed across my feet. I was really hoping for a good foot massage and leave feeling squeaky clean! For a $70 (with shellac) I would expect a lot more.
I’ve been here before and had a good experience so I feel the tech I had this time wasn’t focused on client’s needs.
