I just left the store and I am very very disappointed with how non kid friendly this store is. As a current employee of HomeGoods I am very disappointed with how the employees treated my kids. I know how kids are but for an employee to literally snatch my kids toy away the second he turned around not knowing I was going to buy him a monster truck is baffling. And the faces she made at my 2 year old. It was difficult to be there already and the made it quite unbearable to be there.

We had a jewelry item on hold to pick up and came in to get it and it was gone. Not nice customer service . Train your people to follow thru with what they say.

I always find something tempting to buy. The prices are great, and if you’re just browsing with an open mind, you’re bound to find a deal. The employees are always pleasant, and I’m usually greeted with a “hello” or “nice to see you”. Returns are easy if needed. My absolute favorite place to shop.

Went on a Sunday, didn't truly get busy until after 12:30-ish. The workers are always pleasant and helpful, I feel bad people make such a mess of the store.

When I went with my sister, we were on a mission to find the cologne Obsession from Calvin Klein. We went to the mall and couldn’t find it there. We actually gave up and stood in line for check out until I saw it right there in line. I also like the snacks here, you can find some pretty good ones for a reasonable price. If you are looking for perfume or cologne here, keep your eyes out!

The young girl who was a cashier tonight and helped me was amazing. I didn't get her name, and I don't know the correct term for her arms disability. Maybe it's not even a disability, so I apologize for my description. However, she was so positive and her smile made me instantly smile after a long day. TJ Maxx - you really have a great employee and I hope you know that.

Came there to do some back to school shopping with my kids, there was a older lady outside trying to get people to sign a petition to help teachers not have to pay out of there pockets sometimes with stuff for students, manager came out and told the lady she can't be outside in front of the store asking for peoples to sign a petition that helps teachers out, that was enough rt there for me to not ever come back to the store I would rate 0 stars but cannot .

Clean store, decent prices. It's getting to be like gordmans with old opened fragrances and makeup but otherwise I love the variety of clothing.

TJ isTJ! You know you're on a journey when you enter. I hadn't been there for a long time and it was fun to wander around. The check out maze was quite long but extra checkers were called up. One suggestion I have is that items for sale not be found exclusively in the maze as that should be ""impulse " purchases, not "excuse me, let me be in your way as you are trying to check out "
