I have spent 3 hours that I will never get back this morning trying to order a lockly vision lock! Treated absolutely rude by the two associates that I requested help from, one by chat the other by phone. No cursing or anything other than letting them know I was unsatisfied and requested a manager. The photo below is how long my phone has remained on a silent hold- over 1 hour and 10 minutes! Really, thats customer service. I only wanted to use my Home Depot card because they have it for $50 less, but now I’m thinking how much is my time worth and how much can yoube disrespected and still shop somewhere? Things to consider????

two weeks ago we stop in to get a new exterior door. at the same time we put in a request to have our door entry measured. they told us that the contractor would contact us with in 3 to 4 days. so far no soul has contract us.. Today Home Depot call me and said they had my doors measurements back. So I ask the gentlemen how did they measure my door when nobody has contacted me to setup up appointment to measure the door. I ordered some large cabinets to install for a countertop at my office. I paid $79 for them to be delivered. They left them downstairs in the lobby and ditched. They didn’t even bother to come tell me they were here. I only found them out when I walked past to go outside.

Terrible customer service and terrible experience. We bought a Tuff Shed and after they came out to install it we have been trying to get them to finishing installing but there not answering calls and I talked to many mangers at Home Depot and they promise to have Tuff shed contact us to finish installing it but nothing. Now most of the roof blew off and they still don’t answer. Shame on Home Depot!

I had a defective Ryobi Leaf blower wasn’t even 1 year old & took it back to Home Depot with my receipt today & had purchased a 2 year extended warranty & tried to exchange it which required manager approval & he refused to exchange my leaf blower I’ll spend my money at Lowes & Menards after this.

Good service. Good selection on most stuff. Prices are high compared to other tool rental places. Sometimes little things are missing that other rental companies include in the price. For example, today I rented a tool and when I went to use it I discovered there was no gas in the tank. It is small, but still annoying.

Made an appointment online for 12:30 to have a consultation about buying new interior doors for our house. There was only one person in the area helping a family that couldn't make up there mind. We sat and waited for 10 mins thinking since we had an appointment someone would be right with us. The guy then pages for a manager and said they would be coming over. We sit for an other 20 mins waiting. Finally my husband said this is ridiculous and we walked out. We were ready to spend hundreds of dollars at your store for doors and installation but sadly you will not be getting anymore business from us.

Don't trust the employees in the tool rental area as they will screw up causing you to have your name sent to collections. Rented a machine took it back the same day and had the employee tell me I was good to go only to get a letter a month later from collections saying I never paid. He hit the wrong button I was told by management when I went in to ask about the letter. I was never charged for the machine rental because of that. Now I have to take time out of my day to call and pay a bill I thought I had already paid. So make sure you look over your paperwork and receipt so you don't get bent over also.
