I wasn’t surprised to read another review about the front desk & not being acknowledged when u walk in
If I didn’t need the cpap I would of walked out both times
They can at least let u know they will be right with you instead of being totally ignored just standing there while they work away
Is it still called customer service!??

I went to my appointment to pick up my CPAP machine. The lady who was with me was excellent at her job. She was very easy to talk to. She was very nice. I really appreciated her. Thank you 😊

I've been with this place almost 2 years & not once or ever have they checked on me, the oxygen machine, to see if I need any new hoses. Just want the money & that's it. Other companies call to see how their clients are doing & trying to meet their needs. My brother's company checks on him all the time. Ill be asking my doctor for a better referral

Coming to this place has been a VERY expensive and frustrating mistake. I was referred here to purchase a cpap machine and supplies after a sleep study. I never got the chance to try on any masks or cushions to determine what would work best for me, they simply asked if I breathe through my mouth or my nose when I sleep. I was given the setup and a nasal cushion in the smallest size, without them even SEEING my nose or face, because I'm a woman and that's probably what I'd need.
I tried reaching out for help because I wasn't getting a proper seal and was told to try buying a different size cushion. No option for a fitting, or to even be seen in person at the time. After trying to figure things out on my own for months, I essentially gave up for a while, unable to waste further time or money.
Frustrated and sleep deprived, I called Total Respiratory once again to schedule a time to come in person for help finding a suitable fit. I was refused because now my prescription has apparently expired, so I'll have to track down this doctor and shell out more money to start this agonizing process all over again.
During the period of time I was trying to figure everything out on my own, I received an annoying amount of sales calls from them about replacing parts for the equipment I couldn't even use. The one time I did place an order to try a different size, there was no disclosure about the cost or that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Big surprise when that showed up.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The front desk will not welcome you in. Each time I’ve gone in I’ve had an appointment but when I walk in there is no other clients yet both people at the front desk seem uninterested in assisting. I’ve gotten contradictory advice from the two people I’ve talked with about use of the CPAP. Overall the business seems unorganized, disingenuous, and not overly knowledgeable on the products they sell.

In and out in less than 5 minutes. A totally reasonable amount of time to fit and train the user on a medical device! Fit for a CPAP mask? Here's our most common model, now get out. Options? You have none, goodbye. I guess if you're in a hurry, they're the place to go. Oh, and Fox News in the waiting area is really just the sprinkles on top.

Disconcerting that every time I've been into the office they have InfoWars or Fox News is blaring. I didn't think respiratory health was political but apparently they do. Employees working the front desk seem inconvenienced to help customers and are more intent on watching the massive tv's instead of doing their work. It's strange they have tv's to begin with, let alone multiple massive tv's that seem to be solely for their employees.

The staff there are friendly and knowledge. They go above and beyond to take care of you and help you adjust to your CPAP. Very pleased with the ease of my experience.

Steer clear....left me high and dry with no notice on supplies. Funny thing is that they keep sending me notices to get supplies they won't give because of a requirement they say it's not their job to let you know of. Find another supplier

Had a great experience at the Lincoln location. Nina was a rockstar coordinating everything with the insurance company and the doctors. She goes above and beyond to get it right and so fast, she is magic!! The RT was also really great in explaining all the equipment. Thank you all for the help. Highly recommend!

poor customer service. their only concern is to sell machines and supplies. they do not care whether the thing works or not. dont give them your payment info. once you are out the door they will just keep billing you hoping you never come back. also these machines dont work for most people. thats why they take your money up front. its a scam!
