“Wow what a hidden gem. This is my local TCG store. What can I say, there is a great selection of various TCGs and TCG accessories. They have a huge area dedicated to event space and this store is SUPER comfy. The prices are competitive and better than most other stores in the area. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. I’d go so far as to say as wise as they are approachable/friendly! Thank you Charles for being and outstanding guy and having the patience to answer all my questions. I really appreciate the kind and affable nature of this store. Seriously, I can say without a shadow of doubt in my mind that you don’t see that at every local TCG. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.”

The employee had some fantastic recommendations and was very kind and patient with a comic book novice.I regret not asking her name to give her the recognition she deserves, but she was fantastic!”

I called several other places who weren't interested in such a small job...I then heard about Toys From The Past, stopped in and talked with Hayden. He was friendly, had ideas and was able to get them done in one day.....and they look AWESOME!!! “It has been probably close to 2 decades since I have made a purchase in Hobby Town. I decided to start following the Gundam anime series and wanted to assemble a model kit from the series. The employees that helped me begin this endeavor were amazing and didn’t force a bunch of high dollar accessories on me in the process I appreciated that and I plan to go back there for future purchases.”

“The Lincoln Children's Musuem is a great place for indoor play and exploring. Many local businesses have contributed to the authenticity of experiences such as HyVee grocery shopping and Runza restaurant food prep. Bryan Hospital and the Lincoln Fire Department sponsor a fire truck experience in minature and health care activities. There are legos, an airplane, construction equipment and even a wooden apple tree with "apples" that fall from the tree. The prairie dog town and animal identification stations are fun too. There's a cafe of sorts that was closed when we went. The only real downside I saw was it wasn't as clean as I would expect. For example, there were cookie leftovers in the fire truck. Since we got there right at 9:00 when they opened, it seems unlikely that this was new. Someone should do a complete walkthrough before they open to make sure it's clean.”

“One of my favorite craft stores. The rewards program is decent and if I really want something, at some point during the month it will probably go on sale if I'm patient. Great place for crafting classes, kids gifts and activities, or the do it yourself project. I love to wander and look for a new craft project or hobby.”

“Great collection of vintage and new toys. My childhood lives on their shelves. They also have an interesting collection of old postcards. Some were used, others infused. Some of the used ones had postmarks from as early as 1900. Great place!”

“I do love this place I’ve been shopping here for 7 years now. Can always get a good amount of play clothes for a decent price. I do wish they opened earlier. There is no washer/drier hook up where I live so I go to the laundry Matt weekly. Last night I didn’t have time to go to the laundry Matt after my son’s practice. I wish I could stop in here before school rather than pay $40 per outfit at target. I’m not complaining just sharing wishful thinking ❤️ thanks for providing affordable clothes for us mums.”
