We’ve used U-Pack on multiple occasions and have yet to have a problem. We have used a trailer and ReloCubes and love the flexibility of the cubes. We highly recommend U-Pack for any size move.

Great experience. We moved from Colorado back home to Nebraska. Super smooth from trailer drop off to pick up.

We’ve used Upack twice now and each time it’s been exceptional. We used it to move from Nebraska to Florida and now back to Nebraska and everything has worked literally flawlessly. The price was far better than other similar options we looked at and every time I’ve needed some answers, I’ve been able to immediately connect with a representative who got me answers right away. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing to move as much stuff as we did. We have two kids and were able to pack our entire 4 bedroom house full of stuff into 24 of the 28 foot trailer for a very reasonable price.

Making a move across the country felt a bit overwhelming and expensive. We had planned to rent a truck to drive 1100 miles and we just weren't looking forward to that. We stumbled upon U-pack. After talking with their representative, it was clear this was the way to go. It was cheaper (by a lot), we didn't have to drive a truck, drop off was on our schedule, and unpacking was easy. We strapped our items well and absolutely nothing moved during shipment. I've already recommended U-pack for folks in the same situation and will continue to do so! Thanks, U-pack team!

Good experience overall. The cube was a little smaller than I expected. However, all of my belongings fit. It was great that I didn't have to be there for pick-up. They even delivered them to my new place earlier than expected which was nice. And customer service representatives were available quickly every time I called. That was the best part.

WOW! I cannot tell you how amazing the experience with U-Pack (ABF) was for us. They are extremely professional and efficient. They respond quickly and are very helpful with any questions or concerns. The rates they provide are outstanding. I will definitely use them again if I ever move a distance again. I would definitely recommend you give them a call.

U-Pack was our choice to move cross-country from Nebraska to the East coast, and we're really glad we went with them. They picked up and dropped off trailers reliably, drivers were very professional, and our stuff arrived on time. And they were the most affordable option we looked at; we were so glad not to be driving a truck ourselves. Get the full trailer--they charge you by the foot so you only pay for the space you use. We estimated we'd need 10 ft but used 15. It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed. The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.

We were moving from Florida to Nebraska. Easy to use website. I was able to schedule what day I needed the trailer dropped off. Once it was loaded we only paid for the amount of space we used. I was able to track the trailer during transportation and it even arrived 5-7 days sooner than the estimated date of arrival. You're given 3 days to unload which is nice. They picked up the trailer quickly once we notified it was empty. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly. Using U-Pack was so much easier and convenient than renting a U-haul and driving it ourselves. I would definitely recommend!
