You guys constantly respond to review comments but actually do nothing about them numerous people have made this complaint , if your going to advertise 24/hours then that’s what it should be if your employees can’t do there jobs hire better ones simple .

Your still claiming 24 hours yet your employee locked the door and unlocked it for on person specifically and re locked it do better.

Clearly states on DoorDash that you are open at 3am so when I go to pick my order, there should be zero issues. Yet, we arrived and the doors were locked, lights were on, and a worker was inside who just gave attitude when my boyfriend told him we had a DoorDash order. Very disrespectful and inconvenient. Don’t put that you are open if you aren’t actually going to be open. As a pregnant woman with cravings at all hours of the night, this was very frustrating. Luckily DoorDash was able to offer a full refund. Just very annoyed at the misleading hours and inconvenience of this gas station.

I'm a local cab driver. Stopped here last night to refill my soda, buy some popcorn and use the restroom. The gentleman working was very nice. Stopped in just now to do the same and was told by clerk the restroom is closed. The clerk was very rude. The clerk was a white male with gray hair, beard and glasses. Never been treated like this by a u stop clerk before.

There is always a line because the other two employees behind the counter are busy doing nothing. The older gentleman that works there is constantly cashing in lotto tickets while the rest of us wait in line for him to get done.

Terrible service... I mean lack of.. was screamed at getting out of my car that they are closed for computer upgrades... ok but I just needed the atm and bathroom... yup must be getting upgraded also because I was told no lol.

Doug and James were amazing, we were there from 11:20 to 2 am as 3 teenagers stranded, they took such good care of us. they're amazing people with such good stories, they deserve the world. we cant thank them enough 10 miles away from home.

Doug and James were amazing and gave us free food, would reccomend pulling up at 11:20 and staying till 2 in the morning (helps if you are a child) . They are hard workers and deserve extra pay , I cant thank them enough for their help and kindness .ps. make sure you keep an eye on doug he a little kooky

11/7/20 5:35pm-There is a mask mandate in Lincoln. I come in the store and there are 6 people not wearing mask. 2 of them are employees. I asked the cashier about their policy and I’m told they don’t require anyone to wear them. Hmmm, ok. My son asked if we can come back for snacks later. I said no we will probably get COVID.

TERRIBLE! Nothing good to say besides, I will never hear from a threatening mean cashier again in this location. Truely bad folks running that store overnights. Never going back.
