YALL Idk if I’m crazy or what. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but she came at me with such hostility😭 I came to return a few things and right off the bat I was faced with attitude. She was being very curt and short with her responses. I thought I was going crazy but my friends who were with me noticed the behavior too. 😭😭😭 Buttt the rest of the employees were sweet and helpful, idk what her problem was 🥱🥱

Don’t order anything online and try to return it because they won’t give you the full amount back. Also the older blonde lady with tattoos is disgustingly rude. So much for good customer service right?

PositivesThe store is large lots to choose from. Negative employees arnt very nice and not very helpful. Things are out alot so plan to have to order stuff. Returns well recently brought in a return and the bottle was not spraying. I tend to stock up on things and kept this item with my travel stuff. Recently pulled out to use and wouldn't spray. Took to store and they would not return it due to being bought to long ago. Argued it was empty but litrerally could shake and feel the can had stuff in it. I could not spray it that was the point. Rather than exchange a 14.00 item they wanted to argue with me. Point is they arnt about a customer at all. Just go to sephora.

The young women at Ulta Lincoln Southpointe need to learn about consent, and that No means No when checking people out. I gave this one final chance and they continue to try and push their credit card on me. After the second push I said something and the young gal got very rude and told me that she was “just doing her job” and that I was “free to just say no”… except clearly I’m not free to just say no since she didn’t actually accept No when I said it. So, I won’t be giving Ulta another dime of my money and will encourage all of my family and friends to also shop elsewhere.

I had my hair done for the first time today at Ulta by Madison. I had all over color highlights, blonde highlights, and a haircut done she did an absolutely amazing job and if you are looking to get anything done with your hair, definitely request Madison.

If I could do 0 stars, I absolutely would. I loved shopping at Ulta since it was usually a better experience than their competition. However that has drastically changed. I purchased items online, tried a few times just didn’t end up loving them. I went to the store to do a return, let the cashier know which items were purchased with what card. She did do a bundle and one of the items did NOT go to the original purchase card. It has been a process talking with customer service of where this refund went to, after further investigation, it went to a credit card not my debit card. I called the store and spoke with the manager Jordan (I believe) now I have been very frustrated with this process but I did not yell/scream/cuss. I did have a tone to let her know why this happened and be aware their system will choose what card to go to that’s FASTER refund vs the original payment used. I let her know I don’t think that’s right and people should be aware of that, and I will not shop at Ulta since it wasn’t the best customer service experience and she told me to have a good day then hung up, if she cannot handle any type of confrontation or an upset customer, then she shouldn’t be a manager. Worst place to go to if there is a problem.
