Was told by a lady at the counter that UBT can't turn my change into cash without an account. It doesn't mean anything that my car loan is through them; they NEED you to have a checking account. She said they like to have our information to fall back on incase something were to break or happen to the machine while counting my change. Wont even take an ID. What a joke.

I have had so many issues with this bank if you are trying to build your credit go somewhere else because you will get denied a secured credit card even though you pay the deposit oh and if your credit isn't good enough dont even think of a personal loan with collateral so I go get 3 small loans and pay outrageously high interest where I'm paying triple what I got but I have that paid off in 6 months but I'm not worthy of their credit I thought small bank would be good they would care or be more helpful that was wishful thinking

WALKED miles to put money in so much acc wouldn't be negative. Branch is closed so I used the atm. They charged me $35 anyway and blamed me for using the atm. Manager was refused to help and said it was my fault. Will be closing my account as soon as I can.

This message is for Jen. I want to thank you for doing all you could to secure a loan for me with respect to my failing air conditioner and all the effort you put in to secure a loan for me to replace it. Of course, you asked regarding my age and in finding I was 71, you accelerated your efforts knowing how dangerous a situation it was. The fact you never called unsolicited just proved you were doubling down your efforts. You mentioned my credit score (which I'm trying to remedy.) You knew nothing of my recent house refinancing, my two car loans (2006, paid in three years,) (2016--Wells Fargo seven year loan, now one third paid.) I think I did mention my recent recent reginsncin
