Sam Harris is the best! We were super stressed after a long day driving, traveling to close on our home. She is calm and extremely professional! My husband and I bank at different branches depending on where we are at. The difference in customer service varies a lot from branch to branch. Had a rude experience here last week while we had a wonderful experience over at the Russ's on west A when we shopped there. I thought we'd get better service at an actual branch!
