Theifs that done care about you or your values. They will steal from you at every turn just to make a profit. I've banked at this garbage establishment for over 20 years and today I'm shutting down my account. If you're looking for a bank look elsewhere. Everyone else has better rates, better employees and better morals. If I could give negative stars I would.

This “bank” is associated with the Bright Directions 529. Between the lies, cowardly acts by staff and the general lack of concern for others I would run from this institution as fast as you can. Your money isn't safe in this bank or their associated products. In fact, you money would be safer hidden in a mattress at your worst enemies home. But you can choose to ignore this warning and for you I hope for the best. Its sad that I feel that my daughters education money is being held hostage because of unethical behavior of the staff. Oh, and before anyone responds that I should call the customer service line, I did that and was told someone would get back to me “at some point next week.” Huh?

Found part time position application on Indeed. Got a phone interview and they stated it was a full time position. I informed them that the position I applied for stated it was part time, when I told them this, they rudely said “oh okay, bye” without properly ending the call or interview. Highly unprofessional for a company to end calls like that and to post false Job opportunities. Complete waste of time.

Horrible customer service today which is sad because normally I have a great experience, but I’m banking from home now. One didn’t help, two didn’t answer my questions, and three at one point insinuated I have “the privilege of banking with them”. Seriously considering switching banks.

No one belongs here. Getting too difficult to get money out of your own account when you want to buy something more then your daily limit. Why do they need to know what you are buying? Are they going dictate what im buying now? Very sarcastic when I complained about it. Time to move on. Use to be good but no more.
