We were scheduled a package for overnight app said 9:30 to 1:30 it is 4:00 app is no help and you call service center no will speak to you. I know weather and other things make a difference but communication is helpfull. FED EX will be how we go from k ow on.

0 stars if it would allow. Such a lame excuse for not delivering a package. “On the way, delay because of weather.” Excuse me? It’s completely fine out and the fact that that’s been the excuse for 5 DAYS now is ridiculous. Also the fact that you CAN’T talk to a REAL HUMAN is messed up. UPS is a joke of a delivery company. If I had a choice I would NEVER use UPS again.

Weather event happen, but you have to give the receiver an option to pick up the package when it's something of high importance. We're closed with no way to contact anyone is a poor way to run a logistics company.

This place hires anyone with a heartbeat, I ordered a package through amazon just my luck UPS has to deliver it. I ordered grips for my glock 39 well UPS guy didn’t know I was home watching him when he left “delivery attempted” he literally looked at my door and walked away with the package in his hand I watched him the entire time. So that’s fine I’ll go pick it up at auto zone. Get to auto zone , my package isn’t there. So I give it two days, still no package. Considering I use to work for you guys I know how you guys operate and let me tell you nothing has changed lol. I shouldn’t even be surprised. #fedex

First time using a Ups. Walking in they have self computers to ship. Kind of confusing to use. The lady working didn't seem to care to help either.

Five star ONLY because of outstanding customer service by Julian at your center on 33rd street. Outstanding, personable, patient- a rare find in customer service these days.For delivery personnel and tech support- meh- they could learn a lot from Julian!!!

Our business does not open until 1pm. Our hours are posted on every door. Yet they frequently deliver outside of our business hours and send our shipment back to sender. You can't call to remedy this becuase they have an automated phone system that just dead-ends you unless you can guess the magic combination of lies to tell to get it to connect you to a human.

My parents went to this store to ship something to me while I am traveling out of state. My mom said, “Got lucky by getting lots of help from UPS clerk at 33rd and Cornhusker main UPS drop and the UPS shipping store on north 27th. I want to send a complimentary comment to the clerks at Store #3345 (JaWon & Jayme)!!! “. :D. Thank you!!

Terrible service. Customer service stated an attempt was made. Said the driver couldn't find the building. I live at an apartment with the Building number displayed clearly on the front AND back side.

Most horrible shipping company ever. Absolutely no help whatsoever with anything. Customer service may as well not even exist. You call and try to get a actual person and it just gives you the runaround and finally just hangs up on you. The customer support center is still that same trash number. Who do contact? None of the Ups stores can help yet they are the only ones with direct numbers. They carry the Ups name but thats it.

They delivered my package to my mailbox which is illegal. The post office then took the package and I can’t get them back. Train your drivers appropriately!!
