Goi is simply phenomenal. He is very poised and clear in his communication. He is great at providing customers a welcoming environment. I also appreciated how he was teaching Antonio on the job. They both make a strong team.

I shipped a package through UPS for the first time and had trouble figuring out the tracking information. When I arrived at the store (1317 Q Street, Lincoln, NE) Dismas was the only employee working and there was maybe 5 other customers ahead of me.
Despite the wait and him being the only employee at the counter, Dismas treated every customer with respect and answered my many questions!
Will definitely ship through this location more often now!

Jesus and Dismus were outstanding. The staff at the 1317 Q street store was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help me after I became injured, even remembering me from last, juggling many customers, and giving exception customer service at the highest level.
