Most convenient way for returning an item EVER! Thank you AMAZON and UPS for making returns easy. The local UPS store near me is convenient and the clerks are always so nice and helpful and make it a quick exchange of items to return! Thanks.

Jayne went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when I needed to track down a package we shipped without a crucial item before it went overseas!! She got me in touch with the right people to hand off the item so it could be added to the box and saved me a massive headache. Seriously, don't know what I would have done without her. 12/10 customer service!!

Arrived 5 minutes before closing to mail a package and was told they close at 3 and their systems were shut down. I am not sure why systems would be shut down before they close, very disappointing.
