Been a customer for 20+ years. Be forewarned! First time I contested a credit card charge (for concert tickets because of excessive charges and deceptive web practices), I got screwed by US bank. Protracted length of time for US bank review resulted in my missing the show and still having to pay for the tickets. Followed instructions, tried to fax in requested follow up info, fax wouldn't work. Called and talked to a rep explaining the info would be late as a result, I promptly mailed it in. Refund that been had given to me was reversed. Even after follow-up call/emails they never responded so I could contest their claim that they never received the required info from me.

Same as other reviews, what a joke. I have called several numbers, several times, go through all the prompts and I can't get the information I need nor can I get in touch with an actual person, it won't even give me an option to leave a message. It just hangs up on me. Ridiculous

The morgage company is a complete and total joke. I would give negative score if I was able. Nobody knows what is going on, or explains anything. They break HIPPA regulations. If they tell you your loan will close on a certain date be ready to wait three weeks plus to get anywhere. From March 12th to April 29th is the amount of time we were working with. Let me add that we have sent back everything they asked for within a day or less. Between that time I have over 300 hundred emails from two different processors. Have I mentioned that our realtor seems to have more of a clue about what to expect than our loan officers. I advise to go somewhere else with your busness. My sopn to be husband will be closing his checking and savings account as soon as we close.
