Kelly at the bank was very unprofessional when I walked in talking to a customer on the phone on speaker. Told me to go talk outside or take it off. Which would be fine if she wasn’t rude and unprofessional about it! There is a way of talking to people.

They say they don’t currency exchange despite saying they do. They outsource it. $15 fee. Normally I love this branch, but the fact that I called ahead of time and was given incorrect information then wasted 20 minutes in a branch and THEN was told it was a $15 fee. Review has gone down to 2 stars.
