I had an outstanding experience at this branch thanks to Sadie. Despite the fact that the bank was about to close, she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed for my business. Sadie's willingness to help and her positive attitude made all the difference for me. I highly recommend this branch and especially Sadie to anyone looking for exceptional service and support.

Even if I have to wait a little bit, the employees here are incredibly nice and helpful. I am sure during these times where many of the bank lobbies had to close, the work load has increased (as it has for everyone). All of them have been considerate, with smiles. I am thankful that we are able to have the drive throughs at least. Thank you, USB.

Their drive-through is incredibly slow! It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive-through on Saturday morning July 25.

I’m really getting frustrated with US Bank’s lack of open hours. This is at least the third time I’ve driven several miles from my business (because half the branches are closed) during reasonable business hours (before 5 PM during the week) only to find them closed. On the times I do go and they are open, the wait is excessive (30+ minutes).Ironically, a coworker was just telling me this morning about her run around town trying to find a open US Bank at around 4 PM on a weekday.

USBANK, for lack of a better term, sucks. They charge huge late fees that grow algorithmically each additional day. They charge fees on everything. Everything. It wouldn't surprise me if they charged an entrance fee just to walk in the door. Almost as crooked as Wells Fargo.

I went in here yesterday to cash my check for my boyfriend. I've had an account here for a few years and I've never had a problem until yesterday. The asian lady that helped me, I don't think she knows what she's doing, not to mention her outfit was a little out of place for a bank, I felt like I was in a night club, very short dress. Anyway, her comment towards me threw me off and kind of offended me. "Your check can be cashed but some won't be available until tomorrow." "Okay that's fine its usually what happens anyway." But she said she could give me a low amount because of whatever, I just went along with it. "Yikes that's not much bu--" she cuts me off. "Well you are doing him a favor" as if that was any of her buisness to even say. She doesn't know what his situation is, she doesn't know me or him. Maybe I'm overreacting but just threw me off and I probably will not be back at this location. This isn't the first time someone has threw me off here, there's a male that works there and he is extremely slow, I swear he's high or something every time he helps me, he just acts so out of it and always asks for help.. do you know what you are doing? Obviously not! Stupid people!

Have had great experience with this Bank. They know me by name and greet me when I enter. Amanda usually helps me when I visit. She's friendly and does her job well. Will keep this location for a while as my main bank office. Thank you!
