I had a great experience with both Jaydon and Bella. They were friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and good listeners. They answered all my questions and presented all the options possible with my scenario. What great employees! If I had my own small business, I'd try to recruit them to work for me!

Started an order online and I got an email saying it could not be completed. Go to your nearest store. I went here and the person there just keep saying I am not sure what to do.

Got a call from a manager at this company saying they wanted to do an interview with me for a job and never called me back. Kinda unprofessional to never do the interview and to never call or send me an email.

Hannah is an amazing employeesShe helped move all my data to my new phone even though my screen was broken and had very limited ability to see what was on The screen she is very knowledgeable and would recommend anyone that needs a new phone or just some help with there own phone to go see her she'll help u out with a smile

Been waiting in line (2nd in line) for 30+ minutes haven't been acknowledged or anything. Had a few people come in and leave instantly due to I'm assuming not being even acknowledged by the lady working. She (hannah?) seems to be too involved in talking about resident evil and whatever new games are out on apps with the client she is helping currently. It is a Saturday during busy/rush hour and they only have one person working.would like to just be acknowledged. I'm here with my handicapped grandpa trying to transfer numbers from his old phone to the new one l. Would like to at least be acknowledged that we are here and have been waiting and some sort of time frame for help but literally nothing. To say I'm disappointed would be to put it mildly.

This new staff is very rude and very lazy and unwilling to help their customers. went there today and was handed a flyer and told find a friend and do it myself well I did and you lost my business and my acct I went to a new company . Just horrible after 6 years of loyalty I get treated like this...

Usually I receive great customer service but today, the associate seemed annoyed that I was there asking for help. Yes, it was probably a silly question but I didn't have the answer. I already felt stupid for having to go in and his attitude didn't help. Will probably choose a different store next time.

We we’re nervous about going into the store because we always get bad service at the store on 56th and O street. So we decided to go to the N 27th and the young man serving us made the experience pleasant and worth it. My wife did all interactions so I don’t know his name but I do know he is getting married soon. He did an excel job and made us feel welcomed. Because of him we will continue with US Cellular.
