Won't deliver to our house because our box is on the house. They said because of our dog ... we've had our dog 2 years! There's a fence! I think it's cold and they didn't want to get out their vehicle!

Wife went to mail a smaller package not knowing exactaly what she needed. The rockstar that was working was lazy, rude, and no help at all. He basically told her to go to UPS. I'm guessing it is the same guy that everyone else is complaining about.

Everyone needs to chill on Melvin. He's not going to blow you away with customer service but he was more than friendly enough with me and left me with nothing to complain about. Very helpful and I would come back to this location again in the future.

Went in there a few times recently to mail some regular packages and some international ones. Melvin has been so rude each time I’ve been in there. He started grabbing boxes and my customs form and I just spoke up and said, “oh that customs form is for the medium flat rate box.” Melvin goes, “you don’t have to worry about me cause I’m with it. I heard you. I’m on top of things and know how to do my job.” Like geez..going to avoid this location like the plague from now on.

Just stopped in here a few mins before close because I work 8-4:30 normally and that’s the best I could do. I get it, we wanna go home at the end of day, but I have never been so rushed to get out of a lobby in my life. Pretty bad customer service. You work for USPS and are probably salaried with an hour long paid lunch. You can stay until the clock strikes 4:30.

Avoid this location. Melvin couldn’t help with basic questions. Then was upset when he had to look something up and I didn’t mail it with them because it was too expensive. Typically post office people are more than happy to help look something up by postal code, but Melvin couldn’t be bothered to do that with no one in line was very adamant that they were going to close at 1 PM for a break even though it was 12:40 PM.
