Andrea was really rude. My package was delivered today and it wasn’t in the mailbox here so i came to her and asked her about it. She seemed annoyed and said it was in the Calvert street mail P.o. box and not this one, even though it said it was delivered to the P.o. box downtown. my guess is she didn’t wanna deal with it and just sent me to another place to pick it up even though it wasn’t there. I know my zip code belongs to the mail over there but we have it said up here and it said it was delivered to the one downtown. I asked for the address of the calvert street one and she got even more annoyed at me, a smug tone. She didn’t even bother to check her computer for it or anything. Wouldn’t recommend service from her to anyone

Tracking showed that the package made it to Lincoln, and it then got sent off to Ballwin, US, 63011 and then it dropped off into oblivion. The automated help line was useless and buggy.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I really love USPS and especially this location for many reasons. The customer service is always good, the stamp designs and options are always plentiful, and shipping materials and envelopes are always available. I have mailed packages halfway across the world many times and USPS has never disappointed. ?

Shipped documents internationally and paid for 6-10 days shipping service. The package reached there in 25 days. Wastage of time and money, never shipping anything with the USPS. It is slower than the packages coming from China for free, it is a joke to spend $45 for 25 days shipping.

It's not perfect but I think the services is good, as post offices go, and usually the lines aren't too long.

A real smart lady suggested this large box to put my vinyl record into and let me get it all boxed up and written on before she told me it’d be 70+ dollars to ship that box. How smart do you have to be to work here? Do they background check their employees? Terrible.

My packages never show up on time and half the time they are damaged, I have never had this issue on any other cities I've lived in. This postal service has got to be the worst in the state.

Avoid USPS at all cost!! Worst service ever! They lost my travel documents, not even remotely apologetic, not helpful at all. The three ladies at the counter are extremely rude! They couldn't care less. They gave a number to the supervisor to periodically check whether the package eventually shows up, but they never answer the call. All they could ever say is that they don't know and can't do anything. Completely unacceptable.

The frustration of trying to track down a package THEY delivered to the wrong mailbox and the LACK of communication is absolutely unacceptable for the US Post Office and Consumer Affairs.
