Not a regular post office. Person at the window had a hard time understanding English. Had 2 complaints, talked to a supervisor, not sure if anything will happen.

Sharon at this location is beyond unprofessional and very un helpful. Laughed at the customer complaint of not receiving mail. Laughed in his face on the phone very unprofessional and was absolutely disgusting the way she treats people. She needs to be fired!

Joe was incredibly helpful finding an important package I accidentally had forwarded to my new address before it left the facility and got it to me within 15 minutes of my phone call. Great experience! Thank you so much to this facility!

Scheduled a re-delivery for a certified letter I had to sign for. Specifically cancelled all plans for the day and stayed home planning to receive the letter. They never showed up. I’ve been a government employee before, I get it, all of you are a bunch of miserable entitled people. No wonder they wanna privatize mail. You guys suck.

Would give less than 1. Package delivered to parcel locker, no key in mail. Been over a week and about 8 phone calls and it's the same run around they can't do anything, it's the mail carrier that has to fix. Their mail carrier has been told to fix several times and still not fixed the 3 times they said it would. Called supervisor line and was transfered back to annex.

The guy that helped me was kind enough. You MUST bring cash. The don’t accept any other kind of payment. They also wouldn’t give me change, so either prepare exact change or just round up to the nearest dollar amount and they’ll take it. The room is very small too by the way.

Constantly misdeliver packages. Constantly just... don't deliver packages at all. Constantly give mail to the wrong addresses. I have never lived anywhere where the post office was so USELESS before.

If you have the unfortunate pleasure of being greeted by the guy with glasses and a goatee, always ask for a supervisor instead. This guy kept trying to close the door on me, wouldn’t listen to me, and then got my package off of the wrong shelf and said oh look it just came in. The supervisor Cory (maybe Corey?) is an absolute godsend and was so patient listening to me and my frustrations. I am so sorry she has to deal with this guy for however many hours a week. She needs a raise and a spa day!!!

Terrible customer service. Phone is never answered and rude and not helpful when you go to location. I have tried calling several times over last three days. When arrived I was unable to talk to anyone that could resolve my mail delivery issue.

Never answer the phone! - you show up there and sometime within 30mins of ringing the bell a 'postal' worker MIGHT come to the window.

I have certified letter and also package I been waiting for just to call UPS for them to tell me that they're at this post office location went to go get my stuff and the guy barely looked and told me it was not there that it was a scam and shut the door in my face.seemed he was in a hurry and didnt want to look.
