I have certified letter and also package I been waiting for just to call UPS for them to tell me that they're at this post office location went to go get my stuff and the guy barely looked and told me it was not there that it was a scam and shut the door in my face.seemed he was in a hurry and didnt want to look.

One day recently, my wife and I spoke to an older gentleman once whom we voiced our concerns to about the other employees. He told us to check out the reviews on the internet and I’m not alone in being treated like garbage. So here we are.I think it’s hilarious that the citizens of Lincoln unanimously hate the guy who usually works the window (skinny, tall, dark hair). I have had the exact same terrible customer service from he and his “manager” (shorter woman with dark hair) on numerous occasions for the simplest package pickups. If it were illegal to be a d-bag, he’d have multiple life sentences and she’d be an accessory to the crime lol …I wonder if anyone has ever shown him what people are saying about his behavior and demeanor, and the sheer volume of evidence that he’s more of a “never interact with customers” kinda employee.

When someone picked up on the phone when I called regarding a package not being delivered he or she was very mouthy and not wanting to be helpful and not listening to what I was saying. If this is how the people are going to act at the post office no wonder they don't get any raises in there paychecks they give black luster services. Plus it is no wonder why people are losing Fath in the United States post off on handing and delivering mail and packages.

Dropped a package off here 5 days ago and the package has made 0% progress. So I drove to this location and the guy did not want to help at all he just told me to call the number which was also not helpful because all you can do is track the package. So basically the one time I drop off a package at this location they lose my package and now I'm going to be out a decent amount of money. Extremely horrible customer service.

If you were unable to deliver my package because I wasn't there to sign, leave a note like the tracking says you did, pretty simple.

My package was once again not delivered to the correct address. When ordering online I expect the packages to be delivered to the right address it’s supposed to. It’s inconvenient to lose packages that I paid for and can’t do anything about it. They need to double check and deliver it to the correct addresses because that’s their job.

It took awhile for the guy to answer the door bell, I rang it 3 times before the guy came to the window to pick up the package. He was very friendly and professional tho.
