Went and dropped off a package yesterday at 3pm and still at 10:30am the next day the package hasn’t been scanned. Called 4 times between yesterday and today during business hours and nobody answers the phone. It rings and rings until it goes to a beeping and disconnects. Learned my lesson and I’ll never go to this post office again.

Lived in many different places and I don't know why this office is so incompetent. Hardly scans packages, holds mail for no reason, and overall very very poor customer service. Post master need to be held accountable

I swear that whoever they have delivering packages from here is incapable of doing a consistent job. I was delivered a package instead of to my box at my apartment complex that would have been secure in a boxed locker, they tried to deliver it to my apartment instead. I wasn't up so it was a failed delivery. Before this they once delivered something to me in a locker and NEVER GAVE ME THE KEY TO ACCESS IT. So I wrote a note in my box letting them know. Next day, still no key. I put another note on the side they have to open to access all the boxes. Still no key. Called on Monday. No answer. Called Tuesday FINALLY got in contact with someone. My package was in the locker for a week with me unable to access it. This place needs an overhaul something fierce.

I never had problems with packages until I moved to this area. Carriers likes to leave small packages outside of the apartment building so they can get stolen. My package was stolen, ( I had received notice that it was left on the porch of the building) even though they did an investigation they said it wasn't. It was a small package and they purposely left it outside. Makes no sense if they're delivering mail to the mailboxes why do they consistently leave small packages outside. I smoke outside and see them out there all the time. Like it's a setup for their friends or colleagues to steal these packages.

We're a business at 10th and south.. Seems that the mail Carrier that does this rout continuiosly returns our mail and claims We're an undeliverable address.. weve been there for 20+ years and ive complained to him and the post office. .I was kind the first few times but now its ridículos. DO YOUR JOB buddy! If this job is to hard quit the job and find someone reliable.
Ive missed out on money payments and important letters.

Post office needs to be privatized to make it profitable and more efficient. Had a certified letter that took almost a month to find it's way back to me.

The United States post office branch doesn't have printers to print out shipping labels for themselves!!! Wow. I guess there should be a more available mission statement for the public to see, because there is at least one old company out there that requires return items to be sent through USPS, which requires you to go to UPS to print a label first. Amazing. But what is really amazing is the lack of intelligence behind the counter, and behind the staff management. She told me to drop of my regular package out back lol.

I go to this post office probably once a week, all through the year, and I have never had anything but the best service. The clerks are really friendly people. It's true that it gets quite crowded sometimes and there might be only one clerk, but generally I find it pretty efficient. It beats any of the other post offices I've been to in Lincoln.

This post office is very spacious! It is also easy to get too! Open all hours for me to just drop off some prepackaged items! It is a very clean establishment!

Jeff is awesome! Went in with a weird delivery problem after a Kohl’s order, and Jeff went above and beyond to help figure it out as far as he was able to.

Trying to call this place is impossible which makes it even better that they keep delivering packages that I pay to have intercepted.
