Arrived at 9am. They were still not serving customers, and moving very slowly to get set up. They made a bit of a scene in front of the whole line of people waiting, about my package being oversized. Made me measure it. It wasn't oversized.

We were hot by a mail carrier yesterday. We have video of him saying "the post office will pay for it it's not my problem"!! So we went in for an insurance claim today. And this fat lady (supervisor) came out rude as can be and said she called the cops on us and wouldn't speak to us untill the cops got there. So we still never got a number or way to file a claim. Crazy, the guy was speeding so we pulled over and stopped. After he hit us he kept going. We had to chase him down. And he kept saying it's not his problem. Etc. Very poor excuses for professionals. Very poor driving. The lady that got the supervisor was super nice though. It's great when you meet an adult who knows how to act.

If you use this post office go inside and have them scan it in. There is almost a 50/50 chance they’ll lose your package if you use the drop box outside or in the hallway.

Where do I begin. Horrible delivery service. Customer service is to be determined. Two of the workers are extremely rude and I refuse to use this location anymore. I now use Pirate Ship and UPS. As a business, my mail and packages would get delivered to the wrong address at least 50% of the time. As a residence, they lost an Amazon package. It was a large package (5 feet long) so one would think it would be extremely difficult to lose. After moving my biz 6 months ago, I have yet to receive a piece of mail even after filling out the "I have moved" paperwork. I have changed all my important mail to paperless and the rest, well, the Indian Village Post Office can just keep as it's not being delivered to me anyways.

I was here today because I had a few things with a prepaid label. I have never mailed anything out with a prepaid label and was so confused. A very wonderful lady helped me and explained to me what to do. She took time to help me make sure all my packages were labeled right. A HUGE thank you to her, she definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I appreciate it 100%.

What happened to having mail hold and change of address forms in a place where they are available 24/7 instead of having to wait in line during post office hours to get them from the counter service person.

Very bad service. On Tuesday morning November 22 2022 I was there to pick up my item and the man and woman there treated me badly. They would help any white person that comes in and leave me just standing there until I asked them to help me. It was a very bad experience. I couldn’t believe such treatment at USPS. Very disappointed!!!!

They said they "attempted delivery" and left a notice and I was home all morning and no attempt was made and no notice at all. I have a camera on my porch and can see the street as well. No mail carrier came to my house at all. This company is terrible to try and talk too. Everyone is so rude

I honestly see a lot of reviews about the mail service, that doesn't really reflect the service you get at the actual post office. I've never had a problem here. I see a lot of complaints that seem to stem from a lack of knowledge about available services and preparedness for their visit. These clerks do as well as can be expected in the odd situations mailers put them in, and the fact that they don't get stumped often reflects well on them.
