Valero is a convenience store that offers authentic, home style Indian food for to-go. The soup counter is open everyday. An entree menu is available on Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM and from 5 PM to 7.30 PM in winter, with catering services that require one week’s notice. The gas pumps serve E10, clear, premium and diesel and are open 24 hours. Customers praise the fresh food, especially the Tandoori Chicken, beef curry, and naan, and the shrimp curry soup. The menu includes three different entrees from the owner’s home recipe file – two meat dishes and one vegetarian meal – with rice or naan, mango lassis, and appetizers. Most business is takeout, but there are a couple of tables. The staff at the register are less than friendly, yet the family run business remains a Friday favorite in southeast Lincoln.

Amazing Indian food ! My husband got Tandoori Chicken, and I got the beef curry. They were both delicious! We also ate with Naan, highly recommended! Definitely go back again!
